What a perfect home in the most perfect of locations! 5 minutes to downtown Lewes and a quick 15 minute drive to Rehobeth. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a week vacation!

My husband and I had a great stay here with our young dog! The house was clean & spacious, and the deck was a lovely hangout spot with shade and beautiful flowers. Vito (property manager who lives next door) was so kind and welcoming. Our pup thinks it was the greatest vacation ever, because he basically had his own dog park — a fully fenced yard and a dog friend to play with! Daisey (Vito's sweet pup) was super friendly and tolerant of our high energy baby. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was a beautiful property and spacious home. The location is great in Lewes close to everything that you need. The open layout of the home with fenced in yard for our dog was perfect. The property manager was a gem! We look forward to returning next Summer!

Very spacious and clean. The manager Vito and his dog Daisy next door were very friendly. We loved that we were able to bring our dog with us. She really got some use out of the fenced in back yard. The back yard area was one of our favorite places to relax (mosquitoes were bad though some evenings)

We truly enjoyed our stay, the property was well maintained and clean. Vito was so accommodating. We loved sitting on the back deck and fenced in yard, resting at ease knowing our dog could not escape. The location was great, close to Lewes and far away enough from the coastal highway. We enjoyed riding on the golf cart and using the hot tub. I enjoyed riding the Margaritaville bicycle on the bike trail. We loved it so much, we plan on coming back next year. Kathy was easy to communicate with and met all our needs. Thank you, for opening your home to us. We greatly appreciate it.

Best place ever!

This place has it all. It is spacious, well-stocked, VERY clean, nicely decorated, and is located very close to Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park. Kathy and Vito have thought of everything to make your stay a comfortable one. It is the best rental we’ve had in the many years vacationing in Delaware!

We had a wonderful time, this was one of the nicest beach houses I’ve ever stayed in! Highlights included a beautiful back porch, access to fresh tomatoes from a lovely little garden, being greeted by the caretaker’s very sweet dog, gorgeous open floor plan, and even a little electric car that my five year old could drive around in. We’ll definitely be booking again!

Wonderful house

Everything we needed was there waiting for us. The openness of the layout was great, all the kitchen supplies were new and excellent, back and front porches very comfortable. Good beds and seating for everyone.

Beautiful home

The property is beautiful. The house feels like a home away from him. Our dogs loved to run in the yard and the property manager is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay!

We enjoyed this home very much! Kathy was prepared for everything. Her home was great, beautiful and very clean. The house has a great backyard for kids in which to play.

Fun on Lewes

Great for our multi dogs to run around & play in a fenced acre yard or porch. Open concept fit visiting family with all the necessary cooking & serving needs. Loved the availability of a washer/dryer.

Nonni's Nest is Nifty

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful town of Lewes, Delaware staying in this gorgeous house. The beaches were close and wonderful. The little town was so beautiful and history rich. We were thrilled with Nonni's Nest. It was immaculate and had everything we could have asked for. The property manager was so welcoming and kind. The perfect home away from home.

Family home

We had the best time. This home had everything we could want and even what we didn’t know we needed. Vito is kind and attentive. We want to book for next year end every year after!

Great week

What a fantastic home… We had a great week in Lewes, Delaware. We brought our dog, and they thought of everything. The fenced in backyard and the gated back deck were perfect. The amenities were great as well… Beach chairs & umbrella, plus bikes available with the bike path only a block or so away. Thank you!

Summer vacation!

I have been vacationing in Lewes my whole life. This was a wonderful home to spend the week with my family (including our 2 dogs). It was extremely clean, the kitchen was well equipped, plenty of parking for our vehicles and boat, and the location to everything was ideal. A very short drive to town puts you at the boat ramp or the beach, and a quick trip down Rt.1 puts you at the hustle and bustle of the Rehoboth boardwalk. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the fenced in backyard made the stay extra nice for our dogs. We will definitely be back!!

Clean, very organized and peaceful

My husband, young adult daughter and I stayed here for a week to take a beach vacation and celebrate my 50th birthday. We also brought our small dog. The property was perfect. The layout is very comfortable and open. Everything is modern and updated. The large deck and comfortable front porch are excellent outdoor spaces, and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Everything you need is at the house and carefully labeled by the owners for comfort and ease. The house is a short bike or car ride to town and the beaches. It was just what we needed!
