Beautiful property and perfect for a trip with the family! Can’t beat the access to the lake and the covered lounge dock. Generally a quiet cove and very relaxing. I do wish they had more toilet paper/paper towels stocked for guests, as we ran out quickly (only one roll stocked per bathroom) and for the weekly price it would be a nice inclusion to have more on hand for guest use. Overall great stay!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall and had such a relaxing time 😊 Just a quick clarification for future guests: as noted in our house check-in information and listing- we provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels for your arrival and the beginning of your stay. Guests staying for a full week (especially larger groups!) may need to replenish those items during their visit. We try to make this clear in advance so everyone knows what to expect and can plan accordingly. We hope you had a wonderful stay and would love to welcome you back!

Our group of 3 adults and 4 teens/kids had a great time at this property. It was very clean and well-maintained, with enough room for us to spread out. We used every part of the space, from the game room to the ping pong table in the basement, to the fire pit and the spacious dock. Even though the water levels are lower at SML now, the water in this cove was deep enough that we could jump in right off the dock (and dock our rented pontoon) without any issues. Very close to grocery stores and other amenities in Moneta. Highly recommend!
