This is a really great house with a wonderful lake-front location and every amenity you could possibly want. The dock area worked very well both for parking a boat and swimming off the dock. It was perfect for our multi-generational family of 12. The only surprise was the many steps down from the driveway to the house and from the house to the lake, but we wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

Our stay was phenomenal. The house had plenty of space for the group and the communication both before and throughout our stay was top notch. I'd recommend this home and Owner to anyone. Thank you so much for your time and space!

Amazing!

House was so well appointed and had absolutely everything you would need. The dock is fantastic. The host was super responsive and very helpful. Would stay there again 100%

Properties is as advertised. All the amenities you would need and very well stocked kitchen. Host very responsive and accommodating. Kids had a blast jumping off the dock. Location is very convenient. Overall excellent and would recommend!

Dana and her guest were amazing. They took great care of the house and followed all house rules. I hope to host them again in the future.

Great communication and rental house

This house was really great for our family. It was clean, spacious, stocked with necessities and amenities, and had great lake access. The host was an exceptional, fast communicator and was dedicated to making sure we had a great experience. Great cove location on the lake and the house had easy 10-minute access to grocery stores. The listing is accurate that the entryway is steep, but our family (including two grandparents) handled it fine.

Great home with awesome amenities

We were super happy with our stay over Thanksgiving weekend! The house was even better than the pictures and the amenities were great. The kitchen comes fully stocked to cook and grill. Only complaint is that there was leftover food in the fridge and pantry. While it was noted we could help ourselves (but to not throw anything out), we had limited space to store our food, which was inconvenient. The beds were extremely comfortable with nice sheets. Towels in the bathrooms were all nice and seemed newer. Even had some beach towels for the hot tub! Bathrooms were all clean and updated. Water pressure in the showers was light in the upstairs floors. The hot tub, fire pit and outdoor accessories were great — we went fishing and kayaking from the dock and it was easy and convenient. Out host was very responsive with our questions and the check out process/requirements were reasonable. We would definitely book again in the future!

The perfect vacation house for our 3 generation family. The kitchen is fantastic and every room was great. Anything we could have wanted, they had it. The decks were grand and peaceful and the dock was the go to place for everyone. Those brave enough jumped from the top deck. Everything!!! This house has everything. Including a very helpful and friendly host. We loved our stay.

Our stay at SML exceeded our expectations. Our second stay on SML and first at this house.The house had more than enough space for our family of 13, with ages ranging from an infant to seniors. It included a well-stocked kitchen, two refrigerators, a large-capacity washer and dryer, and thoughtful household extras from the host. The dock and seating area were outstanding, and the water trampoline, paddleboats, and wide selection of life vests were a great bonus. The quiet lagoon location was ideal, and the host responded promptly to every concern, including a major appliance issue. The kiddos loved the spacious bunk bedroom and enjoyed the big selection of games including corn hole boards. Everyone loved the hot tub and firepit setting too. We appreciated the shorter walk from the house to the lake, though the walk from the driveway to the house was quite steep and the hike up to the garbage pails was a workout. Fortunately, we made few trips to the cars because we spent most of our time enjoying the lake. The house showed some minor wear and tear and could benefit from a few updates, possibly including new mattresses, but these issues did not detract from our stay. We all agree it was a great stay - Thanks Cody!

We really enjoyed the lake location and the house was excellent. Everything we needed and more. So spacious and comfortable. Very up to date and the cleanest we have ever stayed at. We all had a great time.
