This newly constructed well-appointed single family home is located in the Serenity community in Perdido Key, FL. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the home can accommodate up to 16 - bring the whole family and your small dog too! The home sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with nature views from the back porch. The public beach is a short ride to the end of River Road where you will find public parking and access to one of the finest beaches on the Gulf of Mexico (a little more than ½ mile away). Everything in this house is new! The house is beautifully decorated and has so many wonderful amenities. It has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including two family rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, garage, bicycles and back balcony. You're just a short drive or bike ride to the white sugar sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! You will also be only 5 miles from the famous Flora-Bama!

For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). When you enter the home, you will be on the main living level. This level includes one of the two family rooms with large flat screen smart tv; an open concept living area comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa and club chair, kitchen, and a breakfast bar with stools. There is also a separate dining room with room to seat 8. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare tasty meals. The main level also has a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room along with a power room (1/2 bath). The second level of the house is where you will find 3 additional bedrooms and the second family room.

When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf, the home offers 4 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The primary master bedroom suite, which is located on the main level has a comfortable king-size bed, flat screen smart tv, walk in closet, dual-vanity master bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There are three guest bedrooms on the upper level. The second master suite bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, flat screen tv and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. An additional guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen tv. It shares a full bathroom (with tub/shower combo) with the last guest bedroom which has full over full bunk beds and a full trundle and a flat screen tv. On this level you will find the second family room with a sectional sofa queen sleeper and large flat screen smart tv. Plenty of space for the kids to hang out!
