A Saturday to Saturday stay is required. Million Dollar GULF FRONT Condo at Pointe Santo de Sanibel, the most beautiful complex on the Island. E25 is constantly changing with new fabrics, furnishings and amenities. This is not a typical rental condo. Instead, plan on being awed by the view both inside and out! The master bath was just completely renovated. Wait until you see it! Your vacation should be as nice if not better than being at home and E25 strives to bring that extra bit of luxury to your stay. We have many repeat guest and fabulous reviews!

Fine linens, excellent mattresses, and a variety of pillow types are available for your sleep comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. New full size LG front load washer/dryer!

WIFI, best selling books, beach chairs, toys and towels are provided so you only have to worry about bringing your own swim suit and sun screen. We also provide a portable crib and high chair for your convenience. Each room has its own TV and dvd player.

Our guests return year after year. Please come visit us! You will love it.

Tennis, beach volleyball, gas grills, tiki huts and children's programs are available to our guests or hop on a bike path and experience Sanibel's fabulous shopping, restaurants and wildlife. Golf is just a reservation away. This home's appointments are unsurpassed and luxurious with your complete comfort in mind.

The king size master bedroom features a spectacular view of the ocean. The guest room features a queen + twin and a private entrance to the guest bath. Eat in the formal dining room, dine alfresco on the screened in lanai and watch the dolphins swim by.

E-25 - Pointe de Sanyo Sanibel Vacation

Jacqueline, We had a wonderful stay in the condo, fabulous weather, and a very relaxing vacation. The access to the pool, beach, bikes, bike paths, tennis and golf were amazing. A few highlights - There appears to have been prior water damage in the condo. We noticed upon arrival that the baseboards were spongy and you could see where the wall is cracked in those spots. These places include the dining area near the washer/dryer and baseboards near both sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom. I was initially concerned due to my asthma, but it didn’t seem to be a problem. As well, there was a hole in the second bathroom door from a previous guest. None of these things impacted our stay, but wanted you to be aware of them. We appreciated the comfy beds and furnishings. Thanks again and hope to visit again very soon! All my best, Susan

Beautiful view

Condo needs updating and painting. No carpet! Condo needs dehumidifier. The views were out of this world. I would stay again with updates.

Above expectations

Everything that is needed for a beach vaca is provided. Towels, chairs, shell scoop, noodles and more. The kitchen is over the top. Grilling was a community adventure with great grills available. The view is spectacular. The elevator and stairs were very easy to negotiate. Cooling off in the pool at the end of the afternoon was a treat. And of course, the shelling was spectacular. The location is very central on the island.

Clean, bright beachfront at Pointe Santo!

The condo was clean and modern with a lovely gulf view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Sweet location and comfortable condo

Fantastic location, close to Bailey’s for excellent morning lattes, the furniture and beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.

Anfitrión: Jacqueline & Brian McGraw

Brian and I started bringing our young family to the island in the late 80s. Our four children grew up playing on the Sanibel beaches. We dreamed about owning a condo at Pointe Santo and took our first plunge in 1996 purchasing B22 and eventually moved to E25. It is our place for healing and rejuvenation. A place where we spend quality time with one another.
We live in Michigan. I am an interior designer and Brian retired from owning a building wholesale business. I am still working but hope to spend more time on Sanibel in the future. It is our favorite place in the world.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Pointe Santo is the ultimate destination on Sanibel. The pool is on the beach side and heated. There is a hot tub and clubhouse with activities director. There is free tennis and shuffleboard. The gas grills are positioned all around the complex and the grounds are beautiful! But best of all is how close it is the gulf of Mexico. The grass meets the sand in front unlike so many other complexes that must use boardwalks to cross a vegetation barrier before getting to the beach. We are so close to the surf we can talk to people on the beach from our lanai!
