This First floor elevated, two-bedroom/two bath condo is a direct gulf front with great breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and Fort Myers Beach. You can comfortably sleep six people. The master bedroom suite has a whirlpool bathtub with luxury towels and separate shower; both bedrooms and the living room have Flat Screen LCD TVs with DVD players. . Condo comes with A Wii game console with family friendly games provided in unit for some fun family downtime. The screened-in porch is a delightful place for breakfast or evening drinks while overlooking the water. A fully-equipped kitchen and dining room allow guests to dine in the condo with comfort and elegance. WI-FI is available at no charge.

You are only steps to the sugar-sand beach. We are located on the historic East End near the lighthouse, restaurants and shopping. Tennis courts(currently unavailable) and bicycles are available on site at no charge. A beautiful pool and hot tub (coming soon! Still under repair)are literally steps from the condo. Restaurant, grocery store and ice cream shop located within a close walking distance.

Girls getaway

Everything was stunning! We had a private walk to the beach which was better than perfect. The red tide was not strong during our stay, so we were able to wade in water & walk up & down the beach collecting shells Highly recommend

wonderful

This location was absolutely perfect. The condo was spotless, and very nicely decorated. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. A few steps and your right on the beach, not to mention the gorgeous view of the Gulf from the lanai. I can't say enough, just wonderful! Amy the host is the best! Can't thank you enough, till next year.

Very clean and comfortable. Great view! Of course the beach is amazing, its Sanibel! We had a great stay even with all the construction which will just make it better for next time!

Great stay

Great stay. Condo has an amazing water front view. Steps to the beach. Well equipped with everything we needed. Bikes. Location on the east end (close to the historic Lighthouse) is convenient and is a short walk to several eating venues. Amy (owner) was great to work with. Already booked for a return next year!!

Sanibel

We had an amazing g time on Sanibel. Our accommodations we just as pictured on the VRBO website. So much more included with the room than we anticipated but worked out well! We will definitely be back!!!

Vacation with my adult children

This condo is in an excellent location. All of us enjoyed the view while eating breakfast on the screened in porch. The beds and furniture are super comfy! Everything was in great working condition,. We had a few minor “ snafu’s” but Amy and property management rectified them in less than 8 hrs! I highly recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful environment. Amy is sn excellent host! Thank you for your quick responses!

The condo was great. We found the fridge wasn’t working after getting groceries and they had someone out the same day. The location is perfect, the beach was amazing. We definitely hope to be back!

Sisters Trip

My husband and I have friends that shared Sanibel with us, so I wanted to share it with my 2 Sister-in-laws. It was a wonderful trip to the beach and very relaxing for us. Since it was a short stay, we really just needed somewhere to sleep and use of pool and access to the beach. We did make use of the bikes one day and liked the walk to Sanibel Best for coffee in the morning. The view from the condo (Sanibel in general) is stunning.

Amazing everything!

Walking into the unit and seeing the view was just unbelievable! It was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen and bath towels. The walk to the beach was so simple and the pool was perfect. They had everything you need for the beach … chairs, coolers, toys, towels etc. They had books with many recommendations of places to see and eat. The beach was stunning and nice and private. We felt very at home here and my kids loved it. It was hard to leave. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Property on an Amazing Island

Everything was perfect. Website description is accurate - this place is right on the beach! Nothing between the condo and the water but a sand dune. Home owner had excellent communication, answering all my questions before we made our trip to Sanibel. Condo comes with 5 beach chairs, an umbrella and various other beach accessories. Property has gas grills, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, bikes - all included with your stay. The staff was welcoming and the island is amazing. No ferris wheels, no boardwalks, no loud music. Just sand, shells, beautiful water and an island that has been kept nearly to it's original habit. Thanks for helping us make great memories and have a great vacation!

Amazingly accurate!

Incredible host! She is so fast with communication and honest. What you see in the photos is literally what you get! The place is beautiful with a spectacular view! My family and I loved every second!

Family Girls Trip

We traveled by plane and had a rental minivan. Ages ranged from 14 to 71. We enjoyed the view, the amenities and the communication. Our only concern was the steps for the eldest of our group. We're thankful we weren't on the unit above. We couldn't have asked for a better first VRBO experience!

This was a great condo for us, right on the beach with a pool, quiet end of the island walkable or rideable to dining and shopping options. We loved everything about it and our hosts were amazing as well! The bikes were handy as well, Our kids loved it and we would definitely come back again!
