Walk to Main Street and Mirror Lake

This beautiful two bedroom second floor apartment is conveniently located within the Village of Lake Placid. Just a five minute walk to Main Street (approx 1/2 mile) and a ten minute drive to Whiteface Mountain. Access miles of cross-country ski trails directly from the property or start you day with a round of golf-the first hole of the Lake Placid Club Course is right out the back door. Fully furnished in simple Adirondack style, this unit is ready for a weekend or week-long stay. Enjoy the convenience of off-street parking and ample secure storage for ski, hiking or biking gear and car. Wireless Internet access is available. A six person dining table and modern kitchen with butcherblock counter tops and new appliances are perfect for a quick meal or an evening of dining in. In the warmer months enjoy dinning on the expansive raised deck with outdoor refrigerator, patio table for six, gas grill and plenty of room to spread out. Enjoy the beauty of seasonal perennial flower beds and vistas of the high peaks. All linens; bedspreads, blankets, duvet covers, pillow shams are washed fresh for every guest.

Such a great location and property. We weren’t able to park and walk into town. My wife and son enjoyed the deck area and I liked the proximity to the golf courses. It was a spectacular place that we would not hesitate to stay if in Lake Placid again.

Great stay for a ski weekend!

Close enough to town to walk to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Very clean, and lots of room for the four of us. Would definitely stay again!

I cannot say enough about this property. It provided us with a cozy comfort of lake placid and the adirondacks !! The decor and amenities were great. Communication with the owners was also very responsive as we had 3 cars our first night and I wanted to make sure that was OK

Very clean and wonderfully located near the beach and all of the shops. A nice layout; many two-bedrooms I've stayed at were a one bedroom with some random room containing an extra bed, but this was legitimate and worked very well for our young family.

Comfortable and Cozy

The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very nice location to walk to town and around mirror lake. I would visit again! Very freindly and accomodating hosts. Food at the White Bear was great and right next door.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay in Lake Placid! The property owners were communicative and accessible, and the property is thoughtfully arranged and very well maintained. When traveling with a family of four, it's great to have separate cooking, eating and living areas, in addition to the two bedrooms. We loved it and will definitely look to book this property again on a future trip!

Great place in the heart of Lake Placid

My husband and I, along with two grandchildren (15 and 9) loved the place: clean , nicely appointed, cute. It was better than its description on the VRBO site- what a wonderful bonus! Located in the heart of Lake Placid, close to everything we wanted to see- great location. The owners were so nice and helpful - we truly appreciated their hospitality.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at Mary and Brett’s apartment and loved it. The apartment is clean and cozy, furnished very nicely and has all necessary amenities. The location is perfect, in a residential neighborhood just a short walk from Mirror Lake and Main Street. Private and has off street parking, which is nice to have in Lake Placid.
