This simple, affordable, cottage in the woods near Lake Michigan has a lot to offer with a newly remodeled three quarter bath.
Imagine spending the day at the association's private beach relaxing, and then return home to grill hamburgers on the private deck. After dinner, you return to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunset before heading back to roast marshmallows in the patio fire pit.

The cottage is located only ten minutes away from Michigan City and the many area attractions it has to offer. If you enjoy shopping The Lighthouse Place outlet mall is perfect for you. Kids of all ages will enjoy the Washington Park Zoo or the Hot Rod Museum. Throughout the summer, there are many local berry patches that you can pick your own berries from as well.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and was perfect driving distance to all of the sightseeing we had planned for the week. We highly recommend this property. It was an absolutely perfect place to unwind after a long day!

A lovely cottage with very close proximity to Lake M in New Buffalo and Michigan City. The area was quiet and family friendly. Beautiful neighborhood with many deer and woods. The host Rachel.was very informative. If you don't mind nature, this is a great, affordable option,

We had an amazing experience staying at this place in Michiana. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets, clean beaches, and the deer that frequently came close to the house. We also loved driving around in the golf cart that the host provided. Just be sure to follow the parking rules! We arrived early, didn't read them carefully, and parked the golf cart for just 10 minutes, which resulted in a parking ticket.Rachel, the host, was extremely helpful in resolving the issue, and we really appreciated her assistance. Thank you again, Rachel! We highly recommend staying here!

It was a great home base for a fun filled weekend at the Indiana Dunes. We enjoyed the upper deck for dinners and relaxing. The best part was the golf cart that we took to the private beach, perfect for watching the sun set.

Great pet friendly house in a wonderful community within walking distance to the beach! Plenty to do in the area. This was my third time staying here, and this time I discovered that the botanical garden nearby is dog friendly. Win!

We had the most wonderful time! This was our 2nd time staying here with our family of 5. We love the private Beach and the quick trip on the golf cart. Rachel is super accomodating and a great host!

Loved this place!

Such a wonderful place to stay! Great location to the quiet, clean and very nice beach and in a beautiful wooded setting. The house had everything we could have wanted or needed for the week. The owner was so kind and was quick to respond from the time we booked to when we checked out. Our family had the best week here and would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The golf cart and the private beach access are an amazing bonus! We were very close to the National Park and several state parks. Great shops and restaurants in the area too! I totally fell in love with Lake Michigan and look forward to coming back!

This is a family cottage that my husband built when my boys were little. When they were growing up we spent a lot of our summers here, and now that they are both grown they enjoy bringing their families on vacation here. Our family is renting this property now because we have decided to share our favorite vacation spot with others. We chose this location because of its proximity to the city of Chicago and the many area attractions.

The thing we like most about this property is that there is always something to do for all ages. On beautiful sunny days, we enjoy the beach, while on rainy or gloomy days we enjoy the shopping, museums, and local theaters. Our cottage is located only a short drive from the train station that goes to Chicago, so a day trip is easy to do.
