The cottage was everything we hoped; clean, quiet, cozy, and close to the beach. Erica was helpful and communicative. The recommendations were spot on. We enjoyed all the places we visited. We cannot wait to visit again!

A perfect little cottage for our needs. Well-equipped kitchen, charcoal grill, comfortable couch and bed, and a nice shared fire pit area which we had to ourselves all week. Our little Maltese loved the side yard. The host was super communicative. We had a lovely stay.

Located in a quiet area close to the lake, restaurants and brew pubs. The apartment was dog-friendly, with a private yard. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. Comfortable bed too.

We enjoyed our stay at Elephant Walk. We were looking for a close location to the beach so we wouldn’t need to drive. The cottage was just a short walk which we enjoyed. The property was well maintained and the cottage was clean with all needed amenities. You have the option of walking to Union Pier and enjoying the local restaurants and businesses. Perfect for a getaway. I would recommend staying at Elephant Walk.

We loved our stay at the “Elephant”It was just as listed. And all we needed for our 2 day getaway!!It was clean and stocked with all we needed as well. The only issue was the parking…You have to park on the street which is okay, but it’s not really a street, it’s a “dirt road” My husband had to keep moving the car just to avoid me having to step/stand right in the middle of a water puddle to get in and out of the car. As each cabin/cottage has its “assigned parking space!!”Even while just turning around the one day he got told he was in the wrong spot!! A little stone would go along way!!It even with that, we would love to go back for another visit!!Thank you Erika

Reservations, check-in and communication were easy. Home was clean, had a private outdoor space and a shortcut to the public access beach. Close to restaurants, grocery. Can catch the train from new Buffalo to Union station. Host was gracious and knowledgeable about gluten free recommendations.

We had a wonderful time in Union Pier! Erica was a great host…she communicated perfectly before we got there so we knew all we had to know about the property and area. It was definitely dog friendly and right down the street from Warren Dunes State Park. Lots of great restaurants all around!

Wonderful spot, walking distance to everything. Small but clean and quiet. We were lucky enough to have the property to ourselves but could be fun to be back with friends in the other cottages. Great communication from the host!

Comfortable Stay!

The Elephant Walk is a wonderful relaxing place! Cottage 3 worked well for us and our Sheepadoodle, the side yard was perfect for relaxing in the evening and allowing Aspen to join us! Will definitely stay again!
