Accommodations were better than we had expected. Very spacious (3-bedroom) and well organized. Everything labeled for lights, fans, cupboards. Very clean. Host responded promptly.Great washer / dryer.Helpful recommendations for area activities and restaurants.

very quick and easy to book. Central Kitchen and dining room was nice. Horses and chickens were an added plus to see across the driveway.

Adorable inside & out! It was so clean and fully equipped with comfortable beds & living area. Everything we needed for our busy visit to the parks. It is in a quiet area but close to the main streets, with beautiful mountain and pasture views. Chelsea responded quickly to a question I had. Comparing the price with hotels on our trip, the pricing was wonderful. If you travel with kids, there is a bedroom set up for them with toys and books. We could not be happier with our stay! I wish we could carry this cottage with us for the rest of our trip!

This was a family-friendly spot centrally located to excellent hikes in Zion and Bryce Canyon. Chelsea was an excellent hostess!

Great communication and enjoyed the stay. The rooms got pretty warm, almost hot, but it was fine with the doors open. We used and enjoyed the basketball hoop and the view. Overall, great stay.

The house was so nice and close to all the parks we visited. There were some unexpected extras and we were very comfortable during our week long stay.

Enjoyed our stay and chealsea was an amazing host. Home featured smart TVs in every room, firepit that we could roast marshmallows with, clean accommodations and a big shower. Kitchen was fully equipped and party lights created a fun atmosphere outside. We loved seeing the horses in the morning across the road. The extra rooms will be great for when we bring our kids for the next trip!

Wonderful place to stay. Comfortable beds, spacious room and newly renovated. There were only two of us but great place for the family. Decorations, games and fun stuff for kids.

We enjoyed this cozy spot!! Perfect for private family time and closeness to attractions! Very clean and thoughtful touches like spices, coffee, ziplock bags were available.

Papa Bearz Cottage was the perfect location for our adventures exploring Zion NP, Kanab, and this area of south western Utah. It was the perfect size for our small family of three. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The beds were comfy and the living room had more than enough cozy couch space for all of us to relax. We enjoyed peaceful location. It was very quiet at night. Exploring Kanab was fun. We had wonderful dinners at Rocking V Cafe and Houston's Trail's End Restaurant. The coffee and pastries from Jakey Leigh's were a great start to the day! We would definitely love to come back and explore Kanab and the surrounding area more and would definitely recommend Papa Bearz to everyone!

Great Property in Central Location

Clean, quiet, spacious place right near central Kanab served as a great hub for visiting nearby parks — and for relaxing in between activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay and perfect for our family of 6. The layout of the home is great and the kitchen is on point for cooking for a family each evening. I highly recommend this retreat for your rest and recovery from your adventures of the day.
