Great little house to use as a base camp while visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion national park. The local Mexican restaurant, Escobars and Wild Thyme Cafe were great dinner spots - and Dessert Bloom cafe is a great pit stop for coffee and breakfast.

This is the cutest little house! It was clean, easy to locate, and very peaceful. The views are breathtaking. The host really thought of everything so we felt right at home. The host was extremely kind and communicative. I would definitely stay again if Im ever in town!

Perfect Spot

Stayed here to be able to hike Bryce Canyon and Zion. The property was great and the host was very easy to deal with and communicate with. Zero issues.

Great Rental

Very well maintained and clean! Also had extra supplies, which we did not expect. Offered earlier check in as the place was ready. We haven’t experienced that often. We use VRBO a lot and this was one of the best we have stayed in.

Tammi was an absolute delight to host. She was communicative from the moment she booked, and during her stay, she treated my property with the utmost respect. She left the place spotless. I highly recommend her to other host and would welcome her back anytime.

Perfect stay to discover Utah and relax

From the first moment you feal home. Everything has been though of. The old house, Rodeo, the landscape is worth visiting. In the night you can try to count the stars. We missed the shadow near the house in the form of sun protection or some drought-resistant plants.

Amazing Base for Exploring Southern Utah!

This was a great little place that really did fit our family of 6 (me, the Mrs. & 16, 14, 12 and 5). Clean and well laid out for it's size with everything you need if you plan to cook instead of eating out like we do. Make sure you are okay with driving for day adventures before staying in Kanab--its 30 minutes to the East Entrance of Zion, about an hour and fifteen from Bryce, 45 minutes from Wire Pass. My crew is a die hard road trip family so we didn't have an issue. If our adventures take us to Southern Utah again we will definitely return!

Wonderful hidden gem in Kanab! Modern retreat nestled in-between the mesas that surround the area. Clean, comfortable with many nice touches (coffee / s'mores, etc.). 90 minute drive to Page/Antelope Canyon, Zion National Park and 30 minutes to local attractions such as Coral Sands (do the nighttime UTV sand dune excursion!), Belly of th Dragon and Sand Caves. Very nice and the hosts are very responsive to any questions you may have. Most definitely would stay here again!
