This was by far one of the most clean, comfortable and high class apartments I have stayed in.Gail was a gracious host, polite and pleasant. I highly recommend this dwelling, and will stay again.

The apartment is beautiful. It is immaculate and stocked with high quality linens, towels and toiletries. Our host was incredibly responsive, explained everything and thought of every detail. There was even fresh milk and half & half from a local dairy! Off street parking in a garage was a real treat. The location is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend and will return!

This place exceeded more than I could have imagined. The attention, care, and detail instilled in this property by the host's makes it for a smooth, calming, relaxing and magical experience. I’d recommend even if you have businesses farther from Rochester to still make this your number one choice when booking.

This is not a rental, this is an inviting home you have the privilege to stay in when in Rochester. Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. Gail, the home owner is kind, sweet, and prideful of her perfectly appointed and cared for apartment. My husband and I loved the location - walking distance to restarants and our family, high end furniture and beautiful decorative touches and excellent communication with Gail. Everything is thoughtfully placed and beautiful. This property has a beautiful updated bathroom that my tall husband fit into without any issues. This is the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. We plan to stay next time we visit with family.

Perfect peaceful stay

Out host was exceptionally welcoming, the apartment is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is walkable, beautifully filled with trees, and very near restaurants and the Eastman Museum. Wonderful!

Gail was a wonderful host and the location is fantastic, especially if you're attending the George Eastman Museum.

The properties location was just wonderful.We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. The hostess was warm and welcoming.We highly recommend this property for your stay in Rochester.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was much nicer than you could tell from the photos and description! Very spacious, yet cosy, and very well equipped. Fixtures and appliances, including details like lighting, had a nice feel and worked really well. We loved the kitchen, important for us as we really like cooking for ourselves! Furnishings, including a heavenly bed, were attractive and very comfortable. We stayed in November and the apartment was a perfect temperature for us. Everything was spotlessly clean! Gail and Richard were very friendly and welcoming, and wanted everything to be perfect for us! We felt that if anything wasn't just so, they would be more than happy to put it right. But actually, everything about the apartment was so comfortable and well organised we didn't need to ask for anything! We were also very pleased about the location of the apartment. It is in a very nice, quiet tree-lined street, but close enough to everything to walk for everything we needed around the town but great parking though for our rental car also. We would highly recommend this apartment and Gail and Richard's wonderful service! A very big thank you for offering this lovely apartment and making our stay so pleasant!

Our stay at Gail and John’s place was absolutely magnificent! The property was everything that was described and more! The house was exceptionally clean, all of the furnishings were exquisitely placed & beautifully designed. My husband and I felt very at peace in our unit. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return again. John and Gail are extremely hospitable hosts.

The location of the place was excellent. Near all the restaurants and hot spots. We walked a lot. And communication with Gail was very easy. She always answers a text or calls. Very clean. Gail and Jon, who own the property, were delightful!
