The accommodation was very functional and met all our needs. As with most homes as they age, little things needed attention (front step cracked/lose brick facing) but little touches definitely show the care that is being taken to make things homey. We would definitely stay again!

This was a great place for me to stay and I would use it again if visiting Rochester. We traveled for ice hockey and it happened to be centrally located to 5 different rinks I had to travel to. Really great price compared to hotels!

Great space in a perfect location- easy to get anywhere in greater Rochester from here. One bedroom but we used the couches to sleep too. So glad it was pet friendly. Quiet neighborhood even though Long Pond is a main road.

Welcoming home near RIT

We needed a place to stay while my son visited RIT. This home was a good fit - comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen. Very reasonably priced. Much better than staying at a hotel.

Perfect for us

We visited our son, his wife, & new baby. It was a great location as it was close to stores & the gym. Close to Rochester & other attractions. Plenty of room for the family to come over, have dinner & play games. Kitchen table was a great place to set up if you work remotely or to play games. House was set up well & yard is beautiful. Will definitely book this place again next time we visit. Cesar was easy to message & very responsive.

The property is big with lovely plantings all around. Our dog enjoyed the yard as did my husband and I. And the surrounding neighborhoods provided a great area for dog walking. The house was clean and one of the most well appointed of any we’ve stayed at which made it a very homey accommodation. There were ample supplies in the kitchen which was so nice to see. The location was convenient for our needs but also to the highway which would be a good benefit to anyone staying there. Cesar answered any questions in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay again.

Cesar’s place has all the amenities you need for a great stay for 2 or 3 people in Rochester. It’s close to the airport and University of Rochester and RIT. Cesar graciously accommodated a 3rd family member for one night before we moved her into the U of R the next day. We got a great night of sleep before move-in day and afterwards. There is a Wegmans grocery store two minutes away for all your grocery needs. Cesar provides excellent and timely communication. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are back in November.
