High and breezy vantage was appreciated on this super hot weekend. The pool was relaxing. Loved everything except we discovered most everything was closed on Sunday.

We love Apalachicola every time we stay. We thought these accommodations were the best that we’ve experienced so far! We didn’t get to have a very long visit, but it was great to totally relax and especially enjoy the view of the marsh and all the activity that goes on! Thank you again.

We really enjoyed staying here. Condo was clean and stocked with necessities. We kept our boat in a slip and enjoyed being walking distance from restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Great Location, close to downtown and great bar next door. Good docking facilities.

Would definitely return here. All the comforts of home in a great little town. I will certainly consider this place again next year for our annual fishing trip.

Apalachicola Vacation

Stay was wonderful as always. Unit was nice, and clean. Apalachicola is a wonderful small, quaint, quiet town.

Great view of the River, love to watch the wildlife from the porch

We had a great stay. Owner was quickly responsive to internet problem and other minor problems. We loved this rental and will come back!

Wonderful trip!

We love Apalachicola. We stayed a week for my husband’s birthday. Who could ask for more than to sit on the porch and watch the river. We ate fantastic seafood. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us. We look forward to returning.

Nice outdoor space facing the river. You can watch the boats coming in and going out.

The only issue was the Wi-Fi for some reason we could not get it to work.

The rental mgr was very nice and accommodating - however, couch and beds uncomfortable - would have been nice if there were coffee filters to go with coffee maker and maybe sugar?

3 blocks from dwontown/ On the river

Absolutely Gorgeous property. It was on Creek with boat docks, fishing boats going by...just perfect. Condo is beautifully decorated. My friends stayed in other cottages around town but ours was the nicest. It had a pool and a screened in porch. We really loved this place. Can't wait to come again.!

Home on Scipio Creek

Best view in town- shrimp boats and others up and down Scipio Creek, especially nice while having breakfast. Furnishing is old but serviceable. Very quiet. Units are well insulated from each other. No toiletries. Bring your own hand soap, shampoo, etcLove it. Been there 6-7 times

Hi John, so glad you enjoyed your time in Apalachicola and had the best view in town. Cleaner typically stocks hand soap, bath soap, detergent, paper towels, coffee, creamer and a few other items. I’m very sorry those items weren’t in your unit at the time of check-in. My apologies.

The condo was very relaxing and cozy and both beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with most of what you might need to cook a lovely meal for yourself and family. You may want to bring your own stock pot for steaming shrimp or for cooking pasta as there was not one available for our use. We loved sitting on the screened balcony (big plus for us) watching the fish jump and the boats come and go. We especially loved watching the shrimp boats passing by. There were many nice shops to visit in town as well as a couple of beautiful parks to visit. We definitely recommend this condo especially if you are looking for a wonderful place to relax. We will be back in the very near future and will request this unit again.

Fishing Trip

We loved our stay in Appalachicola like always. Check in process was a little frustrating. Property manager was absolute about “No early check-ins….don’t ask” policy. Hotel was nice and quiet. Elevator was broken all weekend and when you have a 3rd floor room that is not good especially with a senior citizen as part of your group. However, it is a beautiful place right on the bay with pretty close proximity to downtown.

THE ELEVATOR WAS REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THIS GUESTS STAY AND IS SUCCESSFULLY IN USE DAILY. Check in time is always 4:00-6:00 pm to allow us to make our properties rental ready for your arrival!

Fantastic view

Needed a place to accommodate 2 couples for the weekend. This place worked. One bedroom was a little small (we knew that when we booked) but had it's own bathroom. Living area was spacious , view overlooking the river was great. Easy walking distance to downtown. Will be back.
