This is a wonderful place for a vacation. It is right on the water in a fairly private lagoon. Accomidations were very comfortable and we felt right at home.

Beautiful home that is great for family gatherings in a perfect location. The lake is wonderful for kayaking and rentals nearby are reasonable.The home has everything you need and was perfect for our family. My only wish is that the outdoor fire pit had more area for people to sit around. Overall I highly recommend this amazing home. Thank you.

Perfect for a Family Vacation

Diamond Dock Camp is ideally suited for a family who love outdoor activities and time together. Recent improvements by the new owners promise a bright future for more family get together in the future. We have already booked for next year.

Beautiful spot on Oseetah Lake. Our family has been vacationing in this area for over 10 years and this was by far our favorite property. House was very clean with ample space. Lots of amenities, including fun and games for the kids. Ping pong table was a big hit! We especially enjoyed using the outdoor fire pit and fishing off of the dock. Plenty of space for a boat with 2 docks. Communication with Lisa, the host, was excellent. Will definitely return!

Lake placid getaway

Location was fantastic, home was spotless, ammenities were great, everything you could need / want was provided. Excellent experience all around, would return.

Wonderful property

I rented this property for my three generation family (young adults, middle aged, and elderly). There was plenty of space for everyone, two well equipped kitchens, and comfortable bedrooms. The lake access and outdoor space was fantastic. I'd highly consider staying here again.

Lovely Week

The house had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was a wonderful setting for our family to be together. We love the Adirondacks and this was a wonderful vacation spot. We all hated to leave! ❤️

great property and great weather

It was roomy and well kept up. Washer and dryer on both floors and dishwashers on both floors. Lots of outside chairs and the furniture inside was comfortable. Being on the lake was nice as the younger visitors were out on the boat to fish, etc.

Amazing property. This was the easiest vacation we have ever been on. The hosts made sure everything was perfect for our arrival and everything felt like home. The town of saranac is really cute with some neat shops great restaurants and a very knowledge table shop that came in handy if you're looking to do some fishing. Lake placid is a short drive and we had a lot of fun exploring the Olympic facility with the kids(10-16). We will definitely be back!

Perfect!

This home was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The selection of glasses for everyday and cocktail and wine glasses was wonderful. Everything in this house is top of the line. Beds were so comfortable and towels and linens were both high end. Highly recommend.

Serenely beautiful

Amazing property with the new owners adding their own touches. New bed layout was extremely well done. Communication with property manager was exceptional and timely. We enjoyed this property even more than in previous years. Highly recommend.

Terrific

We had a wonderful long weekend at Diamond Dock. House met all our needs and then some. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the extra linens were a great addition. We had kayaks delivered to property...lot's of fishing. Enjoyed the farmers market, carousel, lake placid for dinner and shopping, and the seclusion of the property. Great place to reconnect and spend some quality time together....

Fabulous facility

Extremely beautiful home, well maintained ,well decorated, Amazingly well equipped with everything a family needs. Waterfront property with two docks, two kitchens,three bathrooms and televisions all over and beds for 10 plus large comfy couches. Beautiful new kitchen appliances and two washers and dryers. Excellent in every way for family gatherings!

Great acccomodation on quiet peninsula for residents only. Well appointed home Excellent choice for one extended family or even 2 small groups that might prefer to each a fully outfitted floor of their own (upper and lower levels). Activities to consider that we enjoyed as a family…pontoon rental (can dock at house), scenic aerial tour (from slake placid), hike Ampersand for awesome 360 view of lakes), bike the rail trail and more all within 20 min drive. Evenings at the dock were lovely with the loons chatting away. All in all a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the ADK at its best!

If anyone is looking at this house to rent I would definitely recommend it. It’s perfect for two families. You are close to many activities especially lake placid. Oseetah is connected to multiple lakes so be sure to rent a boat and cruise around or fish. Or just fish off the dock!!

Looked for a place that could house three households of our family. Waterfront and plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. This place hits all the needs and wants.

Nice Property

We enjoyed a nice week at this house on Oseetah Lake. We were a family of seven and the house was a perfect layout for us with two bedrooms on each floor and three baths. The house was very well stocked, even including cooking oils and spices in the two kitchens. There were laundry facilities on both floors too. The location is a good one, between Lake Placid and Saranac Lake. We rented a boat from Saranac Lake Marina and were able to visit several of the lakes through the system of locks available. We only had a few problems and the owners were able to resolve all but one issue while we were there. It's a lovely location right on the lake and I would recommend it in all seasons.

Magnificient

Property was as advertised with every detail being attended to. Some very minor problems were immediately addressed by Lisa and the communication was very timely. Secluded portion of lake made it very peaceful with hardly any boat traffic. Fishing was outstanding with access to five major bodies of water, Oseetah, Flower, Kiawasa, Lower Saranac and Middle Saranac Lakes. Bonus was the ability to take your boat into town for shopping or just an after-dinner ice cream at night. Marinas on Lake Flower were very good and accessible for all your boating needs. All in all one of the best rentals we have had in over 30 years of renting. Kudos to Lisa and her team.

Gorgeous space inside and out!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! It is tucked away down a small country road but conveniently located to Saranac Lake and Lake Placid, as well as Whiteface. Gorgeous lake views and cozy fireplaces (including a wood burning one in the main upstairs living space) make this property a 10/10. The house was extremely clean which I am very picky about so rest assured that it is clean. The linens and beds were so comfy and plush. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we wanted and needed. It is a perfect space for two groups who want to stay together but have their own spaces. The garage made storing our ski stuff very easy and convenient. We plan on staying here every year.

Beautiful property

This was a too short family getaway. The 6 of us had more than enough room and spent most of our time on the outside deck enjoying the view and listening to the loons. We had a lovely fire in the wood burning fireplace with the wood provided. The kitchen is well stocked with assorted spices and oils. We had no complaints about the beds and the bedding was lovely. The personal touches in this home were very welcoming and there is an attention to detail that was appreciated by all of us. We would definitely return.

Most excellent!

The only thing I could complain about is that I couldn't think of anything to complain about. Lisa was great when weather changed out plans, the location is beautiful, the house is wonderful. Even the toilet paper is good quality toilet paper. The only thing that could have made it better was a few more days (or weeks)!

Gorgeous property!

This was a lovely place to stay for a long weekend! My friends and I wanted a nice and quiet place that was close to Whiteface Mountain for skiing. The place could not have been more beautiful, clean, and well located. I’m sure it’s even more breathtaking in the summer. Lisa was quick to respond to texts and calls. The fridge even had some fresh local farm eggs and beverages for our enjoyment. My only recommendation would be to maybe include a packet of sorts with house details such as wifi, smart tv sign-in information, and check out guidelines for people to reference to. Lisa was quick to answer any questions I had regardless, but it can be nice to have that physical reference as well! All-in-all a lovely stay and would definitely come again. Thank you Lisa and John!

Terrific house

My family and I had a great experience and loved the house. It was incredibly clean and had plenty of amenities that were great. John was super responsive from start to finish. Winter Wonderland

Instead of buying Christmas presents for the family, we take a long weekend in an amazing location with a beautiful house. This house ranks as one of my top stays of all time and I frequently use VRBO when we travel. The house has everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and had the highest quality bedding possible allowing for a wonderful night sleep by all. The two full kitchens allowed us to organize our food easily without feeling crowded which often happens when you travel with others. The temperature was chilly (-20) but we gathered around the fireplace and simply enjoyed the views. We took in the sights of lake placid which was a short 15 minute drive away. The location between Saranac and Placid was ideal. We did the Wild Lights at the Wild Center and it was a great treat that gave us some amazing pictures. The winter rate for the property is lower then the summer rate but I was already looking to book again in the summer because it is well worth the investment. Thanks again for an amazing stay!
