Welcome to Seven Oaks Cottage, located 7 min from the airport, 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston, 30 min from our local beaches and 2 minutes from our neighborhood Flynn Drive Boat Ramp.

Under the shade of seven sprawling live oak trees, enjoy our spacious deck and fenced backyard making this the perfect getaway for the whole family, pets included!

Upon entering the house you'll be greeted by our cheerful sunroom with a vintage chaise lounge perfect for relaxing with a good book after a long day of exploring the Lowcountry.

Next you'll find a living room with plenty of seating and a large TV for those coveted movie nights when you get back from the beach and want to have a quiet night at home.

The kitchen is recently renovated with a gas range and fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook delicious meals in house or just prepare a pot of coffee to enjoy on the porch rockers in the morning. Right off the kitchen is our spacious deck with outdoor sling chairs and a full picnic table for outdoor dining under our cafe lighting.

Just off the kitchen is the laundry room / half bath. You will have full access to the washer and dryer and detergent will be provided for your convenience.

On the right side of the house you'll find both bedrooms and the main Jack and Jill style bathroom between them. Both bedrooms feature queen sized beds with brand new mattresses and separate areas for applying makeup or to store small items. The main bath has newly refinished tiling with a vintage cast iron tub.
