Kitchen was small due to a round table with chairs, a nice little dining area. Two bedrooms--one with a king bed, but the other is with a queen bed. Just one bathroom, apart from the two bedrooms, but attached to the den, which has a sofa and 2 chairs facing the only TV in the unit.No ocean vie, but the #7 ramp to the beach is one block away.The host kept in touch until we arrived and then only to remind us of the things to be done before we closed up the key and left by 9:00 a.m. Nice, informative lady.

Nice apartment close to beach. Not so close to restaurants and the main strip, but if you are up for a good walk, it’s fine. Loved the provided beach chairs and beach towels.

Super clean and close enough to the beach and activity of center street but far enough away so that it was very quiet. Very peaceful deck despite some noise from cars traveling the road next to the property. Would definitely stay here again!

We at a great look girlfriend stay at Folly Beach in apartment 2! The deck was so nice and we spent alot of time on it. Walk to the Beach and town is so convenient!

Cute little apartment near the beach! We visited CHS for the Cooper River Bridge Run & to see our daughter at the College of Charleston. This apartment was a much better value than staying in a hotel. We enjoyed sitting on the deck to relax and the main bedroom was huge. Very quick walk to the beach and beach access was directly across the street. We’d stay again!

Our selection of rentals fit every pocket book and every size of group. Walking across the street for beach access is really not a barrier to renting. Next time treat yourself to our ocean front home "Coastal Charm" (Property ID #175149) it is a delight to go to bed and awake with the ocean out your window. This unit is across the street from the beach. I just reviewed the listing and don't see anywhere that it says ocean view.

Great location and comfortable beds!

We loved the upper deck and location to the beach. Two night stay - both beds were super comfortable.
