Located on private family owned waterfront compound. Steps away from Restaurants , Bars, Fishing, touring and rental boats. Walking distance to National Park, State Park and County park . Beaches , Bike trails , Hiking and Jogging , New York bus service and ferry service near also walking distance. Fish off your front porch or from our floating docks. Moor you boat on site . Take a short walk up to Twin Lights lighthouse and museum. Walk across the bridge to Sandy Hook explore 7 miles of beach. Enjoy the many unique restaurants and shops in the town all of which are with in walking distance.

Great location within walking distance to restaurants. Perfect if you have a dog with you as well because there are many grassy areas within close distance. The view was very nice and parking was easy. There were a few minor repairs needed and definitely new beach chairs if they still choose to offer them to guests. But overall, I’d definitely go back there again!

The cottage was clean and the view was beautiful! Great stay for small couples. Very accommodating since we brought our pup. Will recommend and stay again!!

Everyone staying at this place raved about how great the host is, and that lived up to expectations. Also, they all said how they come back every year. I plan to do the same.

Great location!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Neighbors were friendly. We were close to the great restaurants, stores and the ferry which we took to New York. Will definitely be visiting again.

A great location near the Jersey Shore with tons of restaurants nearby that you can even walk too. Right on the water, fish from your private dock.

Lovely stay!

As others have said, the cottage is very clean and very comfortable. The location is stellar too! Larry and Gary were extremely responsive. We all had a lovely time and cant wait to return!

Great location. Convenient to restaurants/ beaches/ lighthouses/ ferry. Loved hearing the lapping of water while we slept. Lovely dock w chairs to enjoy sunrise and sunset. The house was cozy and perfect f 2 people. Enjoyed watching the boats go by. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again! Our host was responsive, and professional.

The Cottage

Charming cottage right on the water. Our host made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us to be sure we did. We had a wonderful vacation and plan on going back again. Highly recommend this cottage!!

Cottage on the Bay

Perfect little 1 bedroom cottage right on the water. Excellent seafood, ice cream, and drinks all a short stroll away. Ample parking. Fishing & kayaking all right there. Easy access to Sandy Hook Beach Park & Sea Bright beaches.

Great cottage

We had a wonderful time. Place was spotless. Dog friendly. Area is wonderful and easy to access other beaches. Check in and check out was seamless. Communication was spot on! Would highly recommend !!

Cozy little cottage

Very cute little cottage at the foot of Sandy Hook Bridge. Easy walk over bridge to beaches, close to restaurants. Host was great and super responsive. Thanks Gary!

Highlands stay

My spouse and I stayed at this lovely cottage for 8 days. Gary was most helpful when we had a few questions. The cottage was delightful, very close to many good restaurants which we walked to as well as the wonderful Sandy Hook, National recreation area. Would definitely come again.
