Cape Cod style house on a quiet street located 15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, shopping, the Cincinnati Zoo, and many other great things! Local restaurants, brewery, and wine store about a mile away within about a 20 minute walk. Home has 3 bedrooms, full bathroom, screened in porch, outdoor space, and laundry. The backyard has a beautiful deck and fire pit, and is fenced in with a privacy fence. Remodeled throughout!

Visiting family

The property welcomes pets so we were happy to be able to bring our dog. The house is in a nicely cared-for neighborhood of homes on a tree-lined street. The largest bedroom is on the main floor near the bathroom. Two nice sized bedrooms are upstairs. All three beds were quite comfortable

College Graduation Weekend

While the host was extremely responsive, the property was not what we had hoped for. The keypad to get in was finicky, the doorknobs to the upstairs bedrooms were broken, the faucet in the shower was broken. The patio furniture on the patio was very tattered and uninviting. The coffee maker did not work well at all. There were no lamps, so you either had bright lights or darkness which was a huge inconvenience in bedrooms.

First time in Cincinnati.

Being a first time visitor to Cincinnati it was hard to tell what neighborhoods were good or bad. This place was perfect. A very nice little community tucked between areas. Neighbors were very friendly. Was close to everything we wanted to see and do in the city. I have a new respect for the city now and if we ever are in the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Thank you.

Cute and convenient

House was conveniently located to downtown Cincinnati and both I-75 and I-71. It was well equipped! We appreciated the dog toys, coffee cart and toiletries! We really enjoyed the place. Beds were not the most comfortable but they were fine for one night.
