This home is uniquely positioned between two of San Clemente’s fantastic surfing beaches, T-Street and Lost Winds, both just a short walk away. Once you reach the sand, you can enjoy a beautiful coastal trail that’s perfect for leisurely walks, morning jogs, or bike rides—all while taking in breathtaking ocean views.

You’ll also be just minutes from San Clemente’s charming downtown, where you’ll find wonderful restaurants, cozy coffee shops, unique boutiques, and local attractions. For those looking to explore beyond San Clemente, Laguna Beach is only about a 20-minute drive away, offering beautiful tide pools, scenic beaches, and exceptional dining.

The home also makes an ideal home base for experiencing Southern California’s many world-class attractions, including Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, LEGOLAND, the San Diego Zoo, and SeaWorld. For a more peaceful outing, wander through the stunning gardens of the world-renowned Descanso Gardens or the Huntington Library and Botanical Gardens.

Primary Suite:
The spacious primary bedroom features a very comfortable king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a cozy two-sided fireplace. One side can be enjoyed from the bedroom, while the other creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere in the vintage-style pedestal soaking tub.

Second Bedroom:
Features a comfortable pillow-top queen mattress and shares a lovely bathroom with the third bedroom.

Third Bedroom:
A charming and fun space for kids, with twin bunk beds plus an additional twin trundle bed.

Office:
A dedicated office space, perfect for catching up on work if you absolutely must—or simply planning your next day of beach adventures.

Ocean Views & Sunset Soaking

One of the highlights of the home is our third-story ocean-view deck. It’s the perfect place to relax, gather with family and friends, and take in the beautiful California sunsets. Enjoy our 6-person Jacuzzi hot tub, complete with a lounger featuring built-in back and foot massage jets. After a day at the beach, there’s nothing better than soaking in the hot tub while watching the sunset over the Pacific. An inviting outdoor sofa provides another perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine, a good book, or a cup of coffee in the morning.

Beautifully Landscaped Yard

The exterior of the home has been thoughtfully landscaped and features many varieties of David Austin roses, along with a beautiful white arbor welcoming you to your San Clemente getaway. The backyard includes a 6-person dining table, outdoor sofas, and a BBQ.

Included in Stay:
Bath towels, beach towels, luxurious bed linens, down pillows, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, bubble bath, candles), hair dryer, coffee maker, 2 boogie boards, and 1 surfboard. There is an outdoor shower to remove the sand from your feet before going in the house or to just enjoy an outdoor shower.
