Summary:
The OCEAN VIEW ESCAPE is just over one mile (just a five minute drive) to our famous T-Street beach, dozens of other amazing beaches and the main pier area.

Our property offers a sweeping ocean view from the main living areas and rear patio and it is a clean, understated getaway with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is a very private beach cottage style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.

Wonderful Getaway

We loved staying at this property! The beautiful view of the ocean extends along the whole back side of the house! It is located in a quiet neighborhood in the hills of San Clemente with great access to the freeway. The interior was beautifully furnished, the beds were very comfortable, and the host was so welcoming and helpful. A dreamy place to stay!

Amazing View

We stayed here for my Son’s wedding and where all the groomsmen got ready. What beautiful memories were made, so grateful. The stay was very easy and comfortable. Skip, the owner was very nice and prompt with any questions. The view from the moment you walked in the door was amazing. Highly recommend this property!

Great property and location

Me & My wife selected this property based on previous reviews. We were there for our daughter’s wedding and I must admit this stay exceed our expectations. It was very spacious and the view from the backyard was spectacular. They had everything needed to go to the beach for little ones. Plus the all the rooms were spacious. Location was great to many restaurants and shops. Also if your a military member your 15 mins from the commissary and exchange. Most of all the Host Skip was the best he was easy to communicate with and very accessible and most of all very accommodating. This stay created every lasting memories for our family along our daughter’s wedding at a local venue .

Family Time

Wedding Rental House

I had the best stay with my then fiancé now husband and our best friends! We got married down the road from the house and it was PERFECT for our day! We had so much space for the bridal party to get ready there. It had a gorgeous view and great decor which made for great photos. It’s location was great, very close to downtown and the beach. If you’re getting married in the area or even want a nice little get away I highly recommend this rental!!

I would stay here again.

Stayed 5 nights for our son’s wedding. We all had our own space to decompress, and house was large enough to invite other family members over for a BBQ, we never felt crowded. They could use some foil or baggies Etc. but store was just up the street. Close to the beach and shops. I would stay here again.

Great House!

We stayed in San Clemente for our daughter's wedding and this house suited our needs perfectly. Owners were attentive and accommodating. Home was centrally located and close to everything. The view from the patio is STUNNING! Would definitely book again.

Well-Equipped house in San Clemente

The house is located in a nice area of San Clemente. It has everything you need for a great stay. It is convenient to the highway and not far from the town. The house has a view of the ocean but also has quite a bit of highway noise.

Great house, good location.

Skip was very communicative and easy to work with. The house has plenty of space and the bedrooms are very comfortable. We loved the windows along the west wall that provided a beautiful ocean view and the outdoor patio on the west side was perfect. We would definitely return to this house.

Excellent Beach Vacation Home

We were very pleased to find the home so clean and beautifully designed to accommodate everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor entertaining space had a lovely view of the ocean. The three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths were especially Helpful for us. There is a washer and dryer in the garage and a variety of beach chairs and things you might need on your vacation. The location is five minutes from the beach and even closer to downtown stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful vacation home

Beautiful updated house. Great for a family. We all had our own space. We stayed 4th of July week. You can see the fireworks from the backyard. It was perfect!

Sweet Escape

We loved the location and amentities at Skip's house. He supplied everything needed for a day at the beach including chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and a cooler. The house is clean and well appointed. We were able to cook dinner and even used the grill one night. The hot tub is a lovely way to end the day under the stars. It's a peaceful, relaxing home but close to everything. We walked the mile to the beach and we walked to dinner and the local donut shop. Such a great location and the perfect place to vacation in the quiet beach town of San Clemente.

Amazing house!

This property was exactly what we were looking for while in San Clemente. It’s modern and has all the amenities we needed. Neighborhood is quiet and had adequate parking. Skip was easy to communicate with and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this house to others!

Very happy, you will be too!

Exactly what we needed! Skip was very easy to work with. The house was modern, clean, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors who I chatted with, when walking my dog. Very convenient to beaches, San Clemente Pier/restaurants, and I-5 access, and to all the shops. And, of course, can't beat waking up to the amazing ocean views everyday!! And, the sunsets--wow!! Skip's house is exactly what we needed and wanted for our 3 week stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for family gatherings.

This is a beautiful three-bedroom single story house located in a quiet neighborhood with great ocean views and lots of indoor and outdoor space for entertaining. The owner was very good at communicating details of the check-in and check-out process and touched base with us shortly after our arrival to make sure everything was OK. The house is light and airy and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was stocked with cookware of every sort and an abundance of silverware, dishes, glasses and cups. Cleanliness was A+. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wedding stay

This was the perfect house for our family to stay in while In town for our daughter’s wedding. We had plenty of room and the kitchen and patio were great for a family barbecue. Very close to beaches and coffee shops as well as other shopping. Great stay!
