A sandy path directly across from the driveway leads directly to the beach for easy all day swimming and surfing. Gorgeous views of the ocean, new, high quality construction, and tasteful home furnishings make for a premiere North Carolina beach vacation at 200 Goldsboro Lane. Cocoons of slumber privacy on the two lower levels culminate in views of the sea and sound for days on the top floor gathering space. Each sleeping level is set up in the same thoughtful configuration: two luxury primary king suites and two queen guest rooms on two separate floors make this a generous and expansive home for two large families. Porches on every floor and water views on all sides of the home make this the ultimate beach escape. Greet sunrise on the Oceanfront side of the house, and watch the sky turn brilliant sunset colors as the sky darkens off the Sound on your back decks.

Ground Level: private hot shower, elevator to all levels, stairwell. Driveway parking allows 5 cars, size dependent. (Please note that garage is designated for owner only.) 

We are a three story duplex on pilings.

Queen Guest Room: queen bed, ceiling fan, private sound side sun deck.
Sound Side Sun Deck: sunset view over the marsh.

Living Room: two sofas, soft side chairs, credenza, extra-large screen smart TV, full length window wall with ocean view, doors to porch, ceiling fan.
Dining Room: French Provincial dining table seats 8, kitchen island seats 10
Kitchen: upgraded cabinetry, oversize stainless sink with pull spray faucet, granite countertops, center island with upholstered stools seating 10, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, electric range, dishwasher, microwave
Half Bath: granite single vanity, toilet.
Sound Side Sun Deck: sunset view, hot tub, polywood pub chairs.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:  No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns.
