We had a great girls week! The house was very comfortable and beach right there no walk at all. Couldn’t ask for a better place to share with friends for over 60 years.

House was in great condition and clean. In all cases as advertised or better. Perfect location and amenities / kitchen / beach supplies incredibly well stocked.

We had a great weekend getaway here. The property is in a quiet neighborhood area, and restaurants/shops are easily accessible. We loved the variety of toys to be used at the beach like boogie boards, and the host was extremely responsive. What a great stay!

Great Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Yinz & Y’all. The location was perfect and there was lots of space for the entire family. Great place to vacation.

Great Family Beach House

Awesome location, close to restaurants, grocery stores, lots of room, kitchen was well stocked, beach was great, never made it to the pool,, about a hour to the Wilmington airport, Had a great time!

Great House, great location, great host!

Lots of room, super clean, well equiped, short and easy step down to the beach. Host was friendly and prompt in all communications.

Very nice place

We enjoyed all the amenities of the house. Everything was well stocked. Very nice location. Enjoyed walking the beach and looking for shells.

Amazing stay!

This property is perfect. David has thought of everything that you will need to have a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed the beach, the sunrises and sunsets, and the cleanliness and spaciousness of the property. We will definitely book again!

Absolutely amazing house! Dave was so wonderful to work with. We will be back!

The house was absolutely stunning. We took our kids there with another family and had an amazing time. The property comes with everything you need for your stay and Dave is absolutely wonderful to work with!

Great house on the beach

love this house we had 11 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room for everyone and on the beach so each could come and go as they wish.

Property was at a great location, house was comfortable and convienant. Beach was great, property owner was readily available when needed to help or answer question. Overall our family had a great time.
