Excellent location, close to public beach access, wonderful ocean views!

The property was as described. Clean. Nice appliances. Plenty of bathrooms for our crowd. Loved the porches!

Location, location, location. The best part about this property is that it’s one block from easy access to the beach (which was wonderfully open—not crowded at all). The ocean views from the deck for your morning coffee and evening cocktail are also top-notch. However, the communal living space was cramped and ultimately inadequate for our party of 6 adults, 4 kids. There was not enough space to sit at the dinner table, and if you want a movie night, there are only 2 reclining chairs and 3 other spots to sit upright on a small couch. Also, the kitchen lacked some basic cooking/dining items (sharp knives, enough spoons, large sauté pan, baking rack, etc.) which made it difficult to cook for a large group. The house was the perfect location for creating beautiful family memories, but if you have a larger group that likes to gather in one spot, perhaps consider another property.

lots of amenities and perfect for two big families. So close to the beach and great balcony views. Very comfortable beds. Better than advertised!

Our Family Vacation

The house was beautiful and very clean. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the views from every room. It was just a short walk to the beach which we loved very much! The elevator was a plus and was used alot.

Brand new home

Stayed for a quick 5 day trip and it was perfect! House is brand new, has the new home smell! Beds were nice, spacing was nice, elevator worked great for our needs. 125 ft from the ocean access. Perfect trip, will probably stay here again!

Every room has a stellar view of the ocean!

The house is nicely laid out so that 5 couples - some with children and some without - can share the house and not be on top of each other. On our trip, we had a gorgeous full moon to view above the waves. Again, so nice to see the ocean no matter where you are in the house. There are plenty of dishes, glassware, and silverware. All-in-all a very enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. Decorations, bathrooms, kitchen are modern. Care and thought was taken into its remodel. None of the bedrooms have a private bath except for the 3rd floor. The others have a bath off the hallway nearby. All rooms but the 3rd floor have access to the decks.Our only complaint is the floors were dirty, there was no crock pot and the Queen bed on the 1st floor was terribly uncomfortable. Many great memories were created with family.

I am sorry that you didn't have a crockpot, however one is not listed to be there. We are also glad we were able to come back out right away and clean those floors for you. We hope you choose to stay with us again

So sorry, I know we spoke about the star rating, we had discussed what your outcome was and we had agreed on a five but I also know that when you give this it’s on a 10 point scale so I’m wondering if you got it confused there. It’s OK I know you had a great time in the star. System doesn’t really matter.
