My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. We have two teens, so the second room with double beds was key. It was perfect for us. Close to the beach and convenient walk to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again. The hosts were very helpful throughout our stay.

A clean cottage, wonderfully located near the beach, restaurants, etc. We were kept informed of when it was available to occupy. Nice hosts, never met.

Fantastic location in Pacific Beach close to so many restaurants and the beach, and just two blocks from a grocery store. Having a dedicated parking spot was amazing as parking is expensive and hard to come by in that area! The house is so well kept and was the perfect size for the four of us. We appreciated the recommendations from the host for restaurants, and check in was so easy. It was also great to have beach chairs and towels available as we flew in and couldn’t bring something like that! We would definitely rent this property again if we return to PB for vacation!

This was the perfect place to stay and be close to the beach. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The parking spot was large enough to fit a Kia Carnival comfortably. The beds were very comfortable, and the living area was spacious and inviting. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras they provided, including beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

This beach house was perfect for our family of 4. Everything is within walking distance; even the grocery store. The place was 2 blocks from the beach and pier. Overall the stay was very positive. Our only two critiques were the fact that the bedrooms are adjacent to the alley and we heard a lot of noise (trash trucks, voices etc.) at night and we wished the AC cooled the place a bit better. We would definitely stay again though. The hosts were very communicative and made the stay a positive experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandbox Beach cottage! The space was very clean and just as pictured. It is located very close to the beach and many restaurants & attractions. The hosts were very responsive and provided helpful suggestions for local restaurants and activities. We would love to stay here again at a future visit back to the area!
