Kitchen was well stocked and had a titanium skillet which I really appreciated! Could even cook a little Thanksgiving dinner no problem!We were only a block away from Mission Beach. Loved it!

Great spot!

The location of the unit was perfect, with the fresh cinnamon rolls from the bakery below greeting us each morning.

Lovely home. Perfect location. Everything we needed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Just steps from the beach and ocean, plenty of room for our family of 6, all the amenities we needed, and more. Can't wait to stay here again next year...or sooner!

This is our second time staying here. The condo could not be better placed for someone who wants to be near the water. A few short steps and it's there. Add in Olive Baking Company downstairs, and it becomes a 4 star property despite its shortcomings. The condo needs to be updated with USB/electrical plugs, new mattresses, etc. It gives a very 80s vibe that could use a facelift. That said, the place is in a stellar location between the ocean and some great restaurants and close enough to the bay side to make it highly recommended.

Perfect beach cottage location

Thai was perfect for my family. Location was perfect to the beach and all restaurants. Love this location of Mission beach. Will be back.

Perfect beach house location

If you want a chill place to relax perhaps with a friend or two, this rental is great. Location is awesome right near the beach, cafe in the morning downstairs, great bar across the street for the evening, and right in the middle of the boardwalk connecting MB and PB.

Above a bakery 100 steps from the beach? Yes please!

The place needs a bit of modernization like USB electrical outlets, but otherwise it's a wonderful place to stay. It has lightning fast internet and comfortable beds and all the kitchen implements you could possibly need.

Quick getaway trip

Good location in laid back Mission Beach! Everything we needed in walking distance. Being native to AZ we are critical of California politics, except for San Diego/Mission Beach area! We visit here a couple times a year, love it!

Great location

It was a very nice and convenient location. It would have been nice to have AC. But it worked out ok, since there were lots of fans and fortunately the weather was cool.

A nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Nancy's Vacation Rental. We were steps away from the beach and the balcony had a perfect view of the ocean and sunset. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas to use. We loved that the Olive bakery was right underneath our rental just steps away. We were able to grab coffee and breakfast each morning and their cinnamon buns are the best we have ever had. The rental was very spacious and comfortable wich made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you again!

Mission Beach teip

Stayed for a week. Great place, amazing beach access and close to local shops. Apartment is a little dated, but everything functions well and place was clean on arrival. Seemed a touch short on kitchen linens and hand towels- could use a couple more of each. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you like coffee (great shop downstairs) and the beach this place is for you. Also lots of beach toys and accessories (umbrella, chairs, boggie boards, bikes ect. Which were great to have).

Overall Great

Overall, we had a great stay. The condo is steps from the beach and centrally located near bars/restaurants. Short drive to anything else we wanted to do. Overall the condo was pretty clean, although we only received two towels for the entire stay. We had a small group and not enough amenities for that length of stay.

San Diego Beach Trip

My family was in town for a week. We could not have enjoyed ourselves more! The house was perfect for us. The proximity to the beach and access to beach toys made our stay so simple. The added bonus of Olives Bakery and their amazing cinnamon rolls and coffee being just below also didn’t hurt❤️ The weekend did get a bit loud in the neighborhood and adjacent establishments, but that was expected. We are already talking about our next vacation. We will definitely book this place again in the future.

Great location!

The condo was feet from the beach with a direct view from the balcony of ocean. We enjoyed the bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas left for our use. My only complaint would be that there is no air conditioning and leaving all the windows open overnight worked but all the noise of the trash trucks, delivery trucks, and the bakery moving their outdoor seating early in the morning made it diffucult to sleep in 😎

Great Beach Rental

This unit has great beach access and was comfortable for four adults and 2 children. Upstairs bed is too firm, but the room was perfect for family of four. We had to purchase paper plates so we would have enough dishes for meals in each day. Flatwear was in short supply as well
