Lovely Apartment Close to the Beach !

Thank you for your review. I do want to clarify this is a freshly remodeled property which has to pass all permits before being rented out. One of the front windows in the apartment was left open when our technicians arrived, they noticed nothing wrong with window. It was simply not closed properly. There is no mold anywhere in the apartment. Our floors are vinyl which is not a slippery material. Our bathrooms are tile, there's no carpet and we keep them clean which would explain why they are “slick”. We also provide floor towels for the bathrooms like they do at every other hotel. You contacted the owners and within 24 hours and all at once we: closed the window for you, bought a new air fryer, cleaned the grill outside and left it brand new as we do after every guest leaf, fixed all four blinds in the room which had been completely pulled of the brackets. We provided you with a refund we feel is more than generous to make sure you left satisfied. Now that we have declined a bigger refund. The times you wrote to me I answered you. This property has been rented for the past three years to everyone including big families with kids and we have never had an issue at all.
