Come home to your own fenced tropical backyard with an 8-person hot tub, heated outdoor shower, fire pit and BBQ. Inside you'll find a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, Smart TVs and an Xbox One. It's an easy home base for Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral cruises and the Space Coast.

This newly renovated, single-level 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath beach house combines the comfort of home with one of our guests' favorite features: a private tropical backyard made for relaxing after the beach.

The fully fenced backyard features:

Our beds and bedding were selected with comfort in mind, including mattresses from W Hotels, plus room-darkening shades and extra pillows and blankets.

Optional Beach Gear Package: beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and a surfboard are available for $35 per full beach day. We don't charge for arrival or departure days.

NON-SMOKING: This is a 100% non-smoking property, including the home and outdoor areas.

BEACH GEAR: The optional package (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and a surfboard) is $35 per full beach day, with no charge for arrival or departure days. Beach towels are included.

BBQ & FIRE PIT: Charcoal and firewood are not provided, but both are available at Ace Hardware less than a mile away.

The home is professionally prepared before each arrival. Cleaning during your stay, luggage drop-off and long-term stays are available.
