This cozy historic bookstore has been transformed into a chic 2 bedroom space for a unique Rockport experience! Enjoy the convenience (and rare amenity in dowtown Rockport!) of 2 reserved parking spaces. Step into this pre-1900 space and you'll be greeted by an open space full of rich colors and light. The vaulted ceilings and exposed beams are the perfect backdrop to this central gathering spot. A colorful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for meals. Relax on the sofa and stream your favorites on the 4K smart TV.
On one end of this living space you'll find the first bedroom. More high ceilings and exposed beams along with a large king sized mattress make this feel like a spacious retreat. On the opposite end of the living area you'll step up to find the washer+dryer and full bathroom with standup shower. The bedroom on this end of the apartment has colorful accents and a convenient remote workspace.

It was the coziest little spot with two kings - perfect for our family. The host was super responsive. We made memories here that I will never forget.

We had a wonderful week's stay in The Bookstore. It was a lovely unit, conveniently located to the main street of Rockport and so clean and tidy. There is a spacious parking lot easily accessible for several cars. The unit is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is outfitted with anything you might need to cook meals, but you might be too tempted by the local restaurants to make too many meals. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and the unit was very quiet. We slept better at The Bookstore than we do at home! Hope to return soon.

Great stay! The location is perfect, and the parking spaces were an added bonus! The beds were comfortable and the owner supplied the essentials. Hope to make this an annual family vacation! Highly recommend.

This place is perfect. Very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. Walkable to everything Rockport has to offer.

This is a lovely place to stay when visiting Rockport. It is easily accessed, has great parking, and is near (many of them are just walking distance away) the local shops and restaurants. The unit was spotless, the kitchen has all you need to make a meal, and the accommodations are very comfortable. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax and enjoy your stay in the area.

Great property! Easy access to the commuter train into Boston. Close to restaurants. Rockport was very walkable. It was really nice to have a designated parking space with the property.

Rockport town stay
We enjoyed our stay close to town in this charming place. We liked being able to walk to the beach and town every day.

Cozy, clean, convenient!!Perfect mother/daughter getaway destination. Walkable to main road/beach, but we spent 1.5 days inside just watching TV, crafting, and snacking while it was a bit rainy. Would rent again!

Beautiful residence
This is a beautiful vrbo. I loved the immaculate cleanliness and location. It is very close to stores and the picturesque down town location. Check in was easy and I would definitely stay again.

Great location, easy parking and a 5-10 minute walk to Bearskin Neck, Front Beach, and pretty much anywhere in downtown Rockport that you want to go. Charming property and decor. Kitchen is great for breakfast/small meals. Thanks for the prompt response to some very minor requests during our stay. Would stay there again!

Fantastic location
This place was in a great location in Rockport and we could walk to everything in matter of minutes. Unit was so clean and extremely well stocked with everything. Having a washer and dryer was also a huge bonus. We’d definitely stay again .
