Fully remodeled 4 bedroom 2.5 bath on the end of a cul-de-sac!
If you're looking for a fully remodeled house with an amazing backyard....Look no further!! The interior offers a large living room with the most comfortable couch. A kitchen that is fully stocked with all the supplies you need to cook and bake your favorite dishes. After you cook your meals, head into the dining room where you will find an 8 person dining room table and a small sitting area with recliners to watch some TV. The main level has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. One of the half baths is located in Bedroom #2. The full bath has a deep soaking bath and a rain shower head. The laundry room has brand new washer and dryer. The bunk bed room has a twin on the top and full on the bottom.
Take the spiral staircase up to the 2nd level to find a separate sitting area and master bedroom and bath. The bath has a huge soaking tub and a separate walk in shower. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the private deck off of the master suite area.
Head outside in the backyard to enjoy some grilling and fire pit action.
Hop in the hot tub when the sun sets and enjoy a peaceful evening!
There will be a little space in the garage in case you need to park a motorcycle or two during bad weather.

Dirty house, refrigerator and freezer was gross and they had fabric softeners in the registers and car fresheners hanging to mask the bad scents. Hot tub wasn’t hot and no jets and we specifically picked rental for the hot tub.Main bedroom closet was full of clothes and stuff and filthy dirty so there was no closet use in main. Owner said his daughters were supposed to take the trash out, but luckily we were there when the truck came because they didn’t show up and the trash bins were heaping full Good note was it was a quiet neighborhood and close to conveniences

Great Home Base!
We were on a family vacation with extended family and this was the perfect "home base" for our group that was centralized to all we wanted to do! Clean, comfortable and host was great! Very well stocked with every we needed in the home.

Our Stay
The unit was spacious and comfortable for our group of 6 adults. Kitchen was well-stocked and supplied for meal prep. The outdoor space was generous and enjoyed by all.

Black Hills vacation
This home has very comfy beds, and plenty of room to spread out inside and outside in the fenced backyard. We loved using the hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and spices. Our family of 6 would definitely choose to stay here again if we were planning another trip to the Black Hills.

Bucket list trip
Overall our trip was great! We were a group of 4. Two brothers and their wives. We were so busy we only cooked once, but the kitchen seemed to be nicely equipped with pots, pans and utensils. A nice assortment of spices to cook with. We would stay again.

Great, newly remodeled place
This place was great for our stay for high school state basketball tournament. We had two families and plenty of space. Very clean and nicely remodeled. We appreciated the large house numbers as it was easy to locate in the dark when we arrived. Manager was quick with communication. It was about 8 minute drive to the Monument arena and we enjoyed a couple hikes nearby. The hot tub is a blow up Coleman tub but our kids thought it was awesome. Nice sized fenced in yard. Couch was huge and super comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all our needs. Great amount of space to hang out!
