This was the perfect kid and pet friendly place to stay for our family ! We had plenty of room with 7 adults and 1 toddler and our Cavapoo pup. The owner Jeff was very friendly and responded very quickly every time I had a question. We definitely will stay here again!

Great location in OOB! Very walkable to beach, activities and pier!!! Close to everything. Beautiful backyard for kids and house was spacious. Maine never disappoints. Would recommend this property. Thanks for everything Jeff!

We had a great time staying at Jeff’s place with a few friends over Labour Day weekend! We initially had a small issue with the front door lock, but Jeff made sure to come over immediately to fix it & find a solution. Would definitely recommend this place! Thanks Jeff!!

Great spot fairly close to the beach and lots of room for everyone. Living room area and dining area have plenty of room. Relative to the surrounding houses, the back yard is actually fairly large; fenced in too so our dog loved it. Plenty of dining options and other necessities close by.

The house was amazing. The back yard was so perfect. It was huge and all fenced in which was perfect for my grandchildren and our dog. It was so close to the beach and the downtown. We met the host and he was so nice. We would definitely go back!

Lovely property for a family vacation

Great location within walking distance to the beach and to Old Orchard Pier where there are lots of tourist attractions. The cottage was very spacious- we were six adults and three children.

Great summer house!

This house was perfect for our family week away! We had a few rainy days so the large living room and dining room were great for everyone to hangout and play games in. The outside space was awesome for dinners and lounging after the kiddos went to bed. I would highly recommend this house for families!

Exceeded expectations

Perfect place for our vacation. Big, clean house, fenced in backyard our two dogs loved. Close to the beach and restaurants. Washer and dryer on site. The owner, Jeff, is awesome to deal with and extremely responsive. We loved it here and would definitely stay again!

Always a great place

We’ve stayed here every year for the past three years. Quick walk away from the beach. Beautiful fenced in backyard. Jeff the host is awesome. Extremely responsive and helpful. Our whole family loves it.

Fourth year here and hopefully not the last!

We love coming here. Great location, walkable to the beach. Big fenced in backyard for the dogs. Very clean and lots of room for family and friends. Quiet neighborhood. Jeff is always very attentive and quick to respond to any need. Thanks for another great family vacation, Jeff!

Family Vacation

Plenty of room for the 10 of us.No frills cottage style.We are all in good shape,but the walking back and forth from the beachfront would be a lot for others.

Elsie, thanks for feedback of my vacation rental. I appreciate your comment about the walking distance from the beach which is about 1/2 mile. The distance is described in the VRBO listing. The house is equipped with a large beach wagon to carry beach items. In addition, I can recommend areas located away from the center town and are near the beach where guest can park a vehicle if they do not want walk a 1/2 mile.

Beautiful home

Spacious home with plenty of room for family dinners, inside or outside. Games for adults and kids. Grill for burgers and plenty of dish ware (with a dishwasher if you forget paper goods). 7 months pregnant and the 15 minute walk to the beach was manageable, thanks to the wagon they provide. Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future.

Always a great stay

Love the added backyard fire table and lighting this year. Beautiful fenced in backyard. Outdoor shower. Lots of room in the house. Very clean. New washer and dryer is very convenient on the main floor. Half mile walk to the beach. Quiet location. Jeff is always very responsive. He and his wife even left us a s’mores care package for the 4th. Kids loved it! Great hosts, great house. Highly recommend!

Spacious and clean house with ample back yard

We had a wonderful time. Easy walk to everything, including the beach, pier, and amusement park. The owner was very responsive and friendly. The neighboring houses are very close, and the only parking is the single-file driveway, but that is typical of the area. (This property's driveway could accommodate up to 5 cars, as noted in another review.) The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors seem pleasant.

Backyard and kitchen cabinets

The grass needed to be cut. I thought there was suppose to be a volleyball net set up if so it wasn't. Kitchen draws were dirty. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and it was nice to come home to a quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Beach House

We just got back from our first visit to Old Orchard Beach. My husband and I and our 5 kids stayed at this cute house during our stay. It was awesome! The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. They have a great beach cart and chairs there for you, so you dont have to pack all that. You can walk to the pier and the beach. We would drive to the beach just bc it was easier with 5 kids and all our gear, but in the evening we would walk to the pier and it was an easy 5-10 minute walk. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that we enjoyed walking around looking at all the different little beach cottages. The hosts were great. The backyard was beautiful with cornhole and other yard games. Additonal outdoor shower was a bonus with 7 of us trying to shower after the beach. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!
