Welcome to Coyote Run Refuge, a split-level residence nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood in Truckee. This home boasts radiant floor heating, ensuring a warm and cozy atmosphere during winter while also being super efficient. Upon crossing the threshold, the tasteful design and woodsy serenity immediately catch your eye. Taking a few steps up the staircase, you'll find yourself in an open-concept living area. The upper floor offers a cool escape with air conditioning, adding another layer of comfort to this beautiful home.
The kitchen features granite countertops that glisten under natural daylight, a central island featuring bar-style seating, and a collection of stainless steel appliances promising a delightful cooking experiences. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room offers a comforting retreat. Plush furnishings, a large sleek flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace combine to create an inviting atmosphere. A practical balcony extends from this space, setting the stage for enchanting barbeque evenings beneath a starlit sky. In the colder months, the dining area serves as a sanctuary of warmth and charm. A robust, rustic wooden table comfortably accommodates six guests, its circular design fostering close-knit conversations.
Continuing on the main floor, you'll find a discreet half-bath and a luxurious primary bedroom suite. The primary bedroom, offers a king-sized bed adorned with soft bedding. The accompanying en suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, an inviting soaking tub and a double sink vanity. Descending to the lower level, you'll find two additional guest rooms and a full bathroom. The second room embodies versatility, perfect for children or additional guests, featuring a twin-over-double bunk bed, a single fold-out couch, and a queen-sized bed.
Stepping outside and around the back of the home, you're greeted by a communal gathering space. A manicured lawn and a small grove of mature pine trees dazzle in shades of emerald. Several picnic-style seating options are scattered around, perfect for outdoor relaxation or fun-filled gatherings, all under the shade of a charming gazebo.

However, due to the requirements of snow removal, parking is only permitted in the garage during winter months, providing space for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
4. This property does not feature a private yard, a shared outdoor space is available for use.
5. Access to beach chairs, towels and beach umbrella are available seasonally.
6. Air Conditioning available on upper level only.
