The room was as advertised. I was surprised about how responsive the host was with minor requests. I had a great time with my wife. Most definitely I will use this property again.

We had a wonderful time! Beach was beautiful and the pool was very nice. Gabriel was very accessible and helpful during our stay. Highly recommended!

We agree having the best 3 mile beach in back of building is great! Don’t forget the Olympic size swimming pool right before you get to the beach!

Excellent location. Beautiful view and pool. The host did a wonderful job communicating and checking if we needed anything. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo I stayed in was everything described and more. It was my first time to visit Puerto Rico and I loved the island very much. Gabriel was the perfect host and once we established a connection he made many wonderful recommendations. The view from the balcony was beautiful! He had many things labeled that really helped. The property was safe, the pool was lovely and access to the beach was easy. A Walgreens was right across the street that was very handy and a market down the street had lots of choices. There were lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. I had a great time and was most appreciative of the hospitality! I especially liked Jose, the security guard at the check in desk. Everyone was very helpful and polite.

Great place right on the beach! The host was amazing the whole week! We had some issues with water that wasn't the buildings fault but the owner communicated with us the whole time to make sure we knew when water would be available. Unit is located right next to anything you would possibly need and was very close to airport. Would stay here again!

Amazing place. We had a great time in this beautiful property. The owner was great and always made sure we had everything we need it. Very clean, beautiful view of the beach. Can’t wait to come back.

The apartment was exactly what was advertised. Excellent access to the beach, an amazing pool, and close to so many grocery stores and inexpensive food options. A 10 uber to many San Juan attractions. Isla Verde beach was clean and beautiful!

Gabriel was an exceptional host. This unit suited our needs. Perfect for two people. We used it as a home base for exploring this beautiful island, plus it put us only steps to the beach. I would highly recommend.

Perfect Beach

The condo is well equipped and clean. The owner is very responsive and easy to reach. The beach is absolutely fantastic.

Wonderful Place and location

We enjoyed Gabriel's place. Clean, on the beach, close to restaurants and easy to get to El Yunque and Old San Juan. We'd stay again.

Good stay. Great location. Well kept!

Condo is in a great location with restaurants in walking distance. Condo is beachfront and host does amazing job of communicating with you before and during your stay if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place to Stay - Awesome Views!

A happy satisfied guest is our goal! We do have a full size sofa bed as well just in case your a party of three. Cleanliness is what we look for when we rent.

Great beach vacation

The apartment was immaculate and comfortable, the beach wide and beautiful. Add the fact that you can walk to tons of nice restaurants and bars and it adds up to the perfect beach experience.
