The house is located in historic Wilmington and is close to everything. It was about 15 minutes from the beach which was great. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Communication was great and fast.

Great house, plenty of space and nicely appointed. Had everything we needed. The historic area is lovely to walk around and this house is very walkable to downtown Wilmington. Lovely!

The house is perfectly located in historic Wilmington, easily walkable to many restaurants, historical sites, and the River Walk area. The owner was very helpful and communicative and we had a lovely stay.

Everything was very clean! The house was in a very walkable area as well! The driveway can hold up to a sedan, which makes the street parking no issue.

Great home in a perfect location! Easy walk to riverfront, restaurants and coffee shops. We were in town for a family wedding and this home was very comfortable for 7adults and a toddler. Easy drive to the beach as well! Would highly recommend!!

We booked this house for move in weekend for my daughter at UNCW. It was a great house, plenty of room! Great location to the Riverwalk- we walked to dinner both nights!

You might not be able to find another place in historic Wilmington that is like this property. Walkable to great food/ drink/ shopping/ waterfront, easy check in, easy parking, wonderful home full of history. Thanks for such a memorable stay!

Great place to get ready for wedding

This house was perfect for myself and my bridesmaids for my wedding at St. Mary’s Basilica just two doors down! So much space to get ready and beautiful getting ready pictures.

Beautiful home in historic Wilmington

The house was great! Modern conveniences paired with historic architecture. We loved the front porch and hung out there even when it was well above 90. The proximity to the riverfront/riverwalk was great. An easy walk being just a couple blocks away. Being surrounded by so many beautiful historic homes was incredible. A great place to visit.

Amazing! We would stay here again! Fully equipped kitchen…. Functioning gas grill outdoors! We loved the fire pit in the backyard with enough Adirondack chairs for all! Beautiful location and walkable to all the delicious restaurants and coffee shops. Jody was very responsive! Great memories! Thank you!

We had an excellent two night stay at EBC. The location was amazing as it was an easy walk to downtown restaurants, shops and venues. Parking was easy and plentiful. It was tastefully decorated and loved the historical feel of the home. Kitchen was well stocked and the only thing I'd recommend is to have an extra roll of paper towels. The previous guests took the paper towels outside and we did not discover that until we were checking out. So we went the entire stay without napkins or paper towels which we really could've used. There was plenty of backup blankets and towels for the bedrooms and baths. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

Comfortable; management corrected issues quickly.

The house accommodates a large group, and has a big kitchen and dining area. Very nice gas grill. Comfortable beds. We definitely had some glitches with missing essentials, but Jody responded very quickly to our requests. We enjoyed the location in easy walking distance of River Walk. We were there for graduation at UNC-W.

The property was in a great location. It is a great house with plenty of room. The host responded to every question and in a timely manner. They even reached out during our stay in case we needed anything. We were in town to move our daughter into college. My only complaints were that I felt like the home was in need of some TLC. I know it’s an old home and hard to upkeep. The washing machine was sour. I had a front loader and it did the same thing. The sheets in the master were pilled and the mattress was uncomfortable for a bad back. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Had I had enough time to reach out while I was there, I felt confident that the host would have fixed some of the smaller issues.

The grill was unbelievably dirty and we deep cleaned all the grills. hope the next guest wont go through a same situation. i dont know how many years this hasnt been cleaned. never seen anything like it.
