Perfect location right by the riverwalk. Close to bars, breweries and coffee shops. The rental was clean and had everything you needed.

Great option if your staying in downtown Wilmington. We normally stay on the houseboats, but they were not available. Easy parking, close to everything downtown. Great communication, easy in and out, and a very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with everything you need. Bravo!

Fantastic location for all things downtown Wilmington. It is a very short walk to the best bars and restaurants in Wilmington. No Ubers required! The condo was very neat and clean and full of generous amenities. The hosts were very quick to respond and made the checkin and checkout a breeze.

The location is perfect if you want to enjoy downtown Wilmington, and it’s also only about 20–25 minutes from the beach, making it a great spot if you want to spend a day there or explore some of the surrounding areas. The space had everything we needed, plus a few extra upgrades which we really enjoyed. The host provided clear instructions for check-in, accessing the property, and checking out, which made everything very easy.A parking pass is included with the reservation, which is a huge plus given the parking options downtown which could quickly add up. There was one minor issue when we arrived, but the owners responded quickly and took care of it right away. Communication throughout our stay was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very well-equipped, very clean, beds were very comfortable, and location was very convenient. Tamara (the host) was extremely nice and very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our visit.

The condo is beautiful and very comfortable.We had an additional car and parking was easier than we thought it would be. The hosts were so helpful and gave great advice and suggestions, they were very communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The entire condo was well stocked with anything you may need. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were very, very clean. Everything was a quick walk and car ride to what we wanted to do. Will definitely stay here again and the hosts were extremely accommodating and easy to reach. 10/10 for sure!

perfect host and perfect location

Stayed for the weekend while we visited family, the hosts are just the best and did everything they could to help. The apartment was perfect and in a great location for getting about.

Fun in Wilmington

Such a great location with the huge perk of parking! The place is quiet enough to stay in at night and not be bothered but close enough to walk to lively bars and restaurants. We hope to come back soon!

Everything was wonderful. The host had all a traveler would need. Great location near the water and downtown. Numerous restaurants to choose from and lost count of the micro breweries in the vicinity.

We absolutely loved our weekend getaway at this property! Everything was immaculately clean and updated. We really enjoyed the comfortable beds, updated features, and cozy living room space. The best part is that you are in walking distance to everything downtown! Walking for meals, coffee, and the shops allowed us to really enjoy our stay. Overall a perfect rental experience!
