Welcome to Clearview by the Sea. A beautifully built and laid out home perfect for large families. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out for privacy and sit down for a family meal too.

This home boasts lots of activities. Outdoor private pool (16'x30') with games and floats or enjoy a friendly game of volleyball on your private court or how about horseshoes to get your adrenaline going. If indoors is more your style, play a game of pool. The Kitchen has a bar so you can sit and talk with the cook while he or she prepares that gourmet meal. Also you will find a mini bar w/refrigerator. Just steps away from this home is the community ocean access, pool and children's playground area. The bedrooms also offer lots of extras such as a cable television in every room and great bedding options sure to please everyone in the group. Each bedroom is perfectly laid out on each floor to provide privacy and comfort for all. Two of the Master Bedrooms even have private Jacuzzi tubs.

Don't forget about the long list of community amenities offered by Four Seasons. 2 Community Pools (Indoor/Outdoor), Fitness Club, Lighted Tennis Courts, Trolley Service, Children's play area and volleyball court.

Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the third year we rented this house. The house is located perfectly; three minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to Duck. The house was clean when we arrived and stocked well. Overall we had a great stay, but a few things did not meet our expectations. Usually we have a starter gift bag from the management company waiting for us- this year there was none. When we went to use the hot tub for the first time, there was a 2 inch scum layer around the waterline of the hot tub. We reported and it did get cleaned before we left. The management company was incredibly responsive when we called or texted.

Great Beach Access

Great for getting to the beach. There are a lot of steps and they are fairly steep so think about the people you are traveling with (age, etc). Overall a great space for a large group.

Multi-Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. The kitchen was well stocked but very unorganized. Stove was on upon arrival which seems crazy dangerous. Never had that happen in all of our years renting! Bathrooms were not very clean but we always bring a few cleaning supplies. Pool was not serviced during the week- we know because someone was always at the house as we traveled with a 2 month old. Overall still very nice and would stay again!
