I have rented properties many times on the OBX and this was by far the best location of all. The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 2 children.

The house was great! Had everything we needed for a family trip. Very convenient to shops and right across the walkway from the beach. Easy walking and lots to do! For being in the center of it all, the house is very quiet and relaxing! There is tons of space for everyone to spread out of separate floors or outside seating areas. We had a great time.

This was year 6 for my family staying at this lovely home. Can’t beat the location! Steps to the beach and a short walk into town. Our whole family loves it. Year 7 is already booked!

The Beach Box was the perfect rental home for us! Great location, everyone enjoyed the hot tub, and the pool was open even though the listing read open from May to October! (That was a nice suprise) Fantastic place!

Wonderful/quick response to refrigerator issue. Great location, clean, quick beach access, would return again with no problems. Many fond memories of great family time in this lovely home!

We had a great family getaway to celebrate our daughter’s 17th birthday. We loved how cozy and clean the house was, and the walk to the shops and restaurants was a perfect distance. It was a great time, and would 100% come back again!

Amazing home close to the beach we watched many sunrises!!! Great pool and hot tub! Make sure you bring all paper goods and linens. Very comfortable and accommodating. Only glitch was we couldn’t get in until 4:30 and the cleaners were still there (they did a great job getting it ready for us).

Mike and Mary were kind and helpful hosts. They even came out and helped us when we ran into a few issues with fans and outdoor lights. The home was clean, with no strange odors or noticable stains. The home had everything we needed, trash bags, toilet paper, beach chairs, hand soap etc. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to everyone!
