James was very communicative when I reached out late to address an internet issue and after trying everything we could to fix it, he had the provider come out the next day to fix it. The house was great and the location was perfect for us. The only bad thing was nearby bands playing were a bit loud until 10-10:30. Nothing James can do about that. Overall everything was good.

We had an amazing time renting this property. The rooms were all generous size and plenty of room for 2 families. Being accommodating to dogs was such a bonus for us. The house was very thoughtfully put together with gates for the stairs, laundry and dishwasher pods, TONS of quality beach essentials to use. If we rent again we wouldn’t even bring our own beach chairs or half of our toys. One highlight was the covered area for parents to relax while kids played in the pool without being in the sun. The children also really appreciated the bikes there for use. One more kid sized bike and we could have taken the whole family for bike rides around the area. Very minor downsides had nothing to do with the house. It was perfect walking distance to shops, coffee, and restaurants. We liked having the golf cart to rent but it’s a pretty long walk to the beach access and no where to park the golf cart. So that wasn’t ideal for us, but nothing the house owner is in control of. The owner was VERY responsive for the few questions we had while there which was helpful. 10/10. Will rent again.

Thank you so much, Samantha! It makes me so happy to hear that both families had such a great time and that the beach gear, pool setup, and bikes all came in handy. I love the idea of adding another kid-sized bike so the whole crew can ride together and will look into that. I cannot wait to host your families again!

The house worked well for us. Had problems with gushing plumbing on the 2nd floor leaking onto bed on the 1st floor. Quite a mess! Eventually a plumber fixed and we got a new mattress. However a big mess that we ended up cleaning.

We had a great time and definitely hope to be back. The host communicated well and took care of our issue- promptly! Highly recommend for families especially.
