I wish I could give a 1 star rating so I could keep this little piece of heaven all to myself. Perfect location....right on the beach. A bike ride distance to coffee, dinner, or to a beautiful state park. The host was wonderful and so responsive with clear instructions. Cant wait to go back!

Steve is an excellent host! The condo is exactly as described! It’s perfect for a few days with your best friend or couples. The layout of the bedrooms makes it ideal for privacy. The upstairs bedroom is very spacious. The weather was beautiful and the pool was not crowded at all. It’s a very peaceful complex so you can actually relax. Whenever I had a question, Steve was really quick to respond. I would definitely recommend his condo!

Second time to stay here and it is a great place to stay. Steve has always been easy to get in touch with when needed. The only fault was the dishwasher had an odd smell but a good filter cleaning should solve that problem. Overall a great place to stay.

Honestly a really fantastic stay. The proximity to the beach was fantastic as well as the location. Very quiet and very peaceful. Steve was a fantastic host and would 100% stay again.

The condo was just as described. Steve was very easy to work with and quick to re-communicate. The beach and main pool were just steps from the condo. The grounds were clean and inviting, but the real star of the show is the Gulf. Can’t wait to get back.

Great vacation rental

The property was well maintained, clean and perefect fit for our family of 5. The beach and pool are both really close to the unit. Definitely recommend stay here.

Everything about this place was great, literally a 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed and then some. Would highly recommend!

Our Beach Retreat

Super clean, spacious, and a 1 minute walk to the beach! We had the best time feeding the turtles in the little pond by the condo!!

Steve was great. Very responsive, great host. I thought the ocean view would be more than it was but that was my fault. I’ll be back in fact we extended our stay.

Excellent location!

Really enjoyed our stay and are glad we were able to find this on short notice. Very clean and comfortable. The location was first rate! Rear deck overlooked pond and the beach was steps away. Can recommend highly.

Our family of 5 lives to travel and we all love the beach. We really enjoy all of the amenities that Barrier Dunes has to offer.

Cape San Blas is a wonderful vacation destination that is not touristy. There are miles of beautiful white beaches and none of the crowds and highrises that you find in Destin, Panama City Beach or Gulf Shores. It is a great place to get away and truly relax.

Our townhouse is one of the newest in Barrier Dunes and is just steps away from the gulf front pool and beach. It is newly remodeled and has all new appliances and furnishings. We have a 40 inch plasma TV as well as TV's and DVD players in both bedrooms.
