I wish I had zoomed in and looked at the location. The neighborhood was not the best. The TRAX were noisy until midnight and started back up around 5AM. We were close to downtown which was nice. The townhouse could have been cleaner and more supplies as in towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Our stay was ok

The kitchen needs more supplies as in dishes, wine glasses, storage containers for leftovers, salad bowl, for at least 6-8 people, considering this is a 3 bedroom unit. No kitchen towels or bath towels provided or delivered once requested. Master shower head needs attention as very low pressure. Host very easy to work with

The place was fairly dirty and beaten up. Dirty walls, dirty carpet, scuff marks on walls, etc. There were even some holes in the walls.There was hardly any water pressure from the showers and there weren't enough washcloths for everyone to shower with.When we got there, all of the windows were unlocked (the home is in a sketchy area) and so we had to go around to each window and lock it. But guess what, even though we locked them, the locks didn't all work!The ceiling fans worked great and the temperature in the home was good. We did appreciate that there was an air mattress in the house, but there was no sofa bed, as was advertised

Place was nice and spacious and close to where we needed to be. The only complaint would be the full bathrooms are both in the 2 bedrooms on the top floor which made it awkward for our third person staying in the bedroom on the first floor when they needed to use a shower. Otherwise no complaints, great place and easy to communicate with the host.

Nice place. Big enough to fit my family. I loved that the living space was on its own floor, and we would play games and watch tv without waking or disturbing anyone sleeping.

The house felt safe and secure. Garage parking was great Kitchen is well stocked Beds very comfortable Everything was clean, if a little run down / well used. Shower in the main suite is not good, but the other shower is ok. The showers are ensuite in the two upstairs bedrooms - whomever is staying in the downstairs bedroom will have to go into someone else's room to use the shower.

Host was very communicative. Everything went great start to finish. I had to change dates of my stay due to something happening on my end (sort of last-ish minute) and the host accommodated without issue, which made life easy. Space is large, clean, and a good location to the city center. Everything as advertised. Would stay here again.

Lovely and nice place

Its in a nice part of town close to highway on ramps, Walmart, and Target. Very clean and spacious only drawback is if you don't like stairs this is a 3 story building.

Great stay, showers could have been cleaner

Everything was good, convenient location. Only issue was the shwers could use a better clean particularly master bedroom shower. But otherwise we had a great time thanks!

Hosts were great and very communicative. Check in was easy and quick. Check out was simple. Area was a little tough for younger family.

Everything we needed. Checked all the boxes. Clean. Cozy. Close to train for travel. Gracious host. We will definitely be back.

Nice modern triplex

Nice new townhouse. Very clean and minimal. Beds are very firm. Lots of space and nice kitchen. Didnt love the train being close by but was still able to sleep for the most part. Communication with host was excellent!

Location is good. Please be noted that it's a 3-story townhouse. If you are like me, with 3 seniors average 80 years old, consider this location twice. Also, the host gave us the wrong WIFI password. There was another WIFI password in the house. Also wrong. When I asked the host to check, her response was very passive aggressive. 'Did you use the code I gave you?' Yeah, of course, it was wrong, otherwise I won't ask for help. Then for the entire stay, the host just ignored my message and not providing the right WIFI password to us. After we left, she sent a message asking me to leave a 5 star rating! Oh, sorry, NO!

Immediately upon walking in the unit there was a strong smell of either cigarette or marijuana smoke that was all throughout the place we were staying, specifically in the upstairs bedrooms. The garage opener did not work, so we had to go through the front door to open the garage to park inside. One of the neighbors living in the complex flashed their brights and kept them on because I guess we took too long to open the garage door with all of the issues we were having with the opener. 2 out of the 4 nights we were there we were woken up by loud talking outside and it was loud enough that we were able to hear it from inside, on the 3rd floor. In the master bedroom, one of the soap dispensers fell when we were using it and it hit my child's arm, but luckily it was only a small injury. Communication with the owner's went well and they were responsive, which was nice. The area the unit was located in was not the best, definitely do not recommend staying outside unless absolutely necessary.
