Our family loved the house! Amazingly fun all throughout! Clean and comfortable rooms, amazing outdoor pool, awesome hot tub! The host was very responsive and super friendly. All the kids loved their rooms. We all had fund with the pool table, dart board, outdoor games and fun activities. We would definitely stay again!

Pros: The house was perfect and it had everything we needed. Alot of things to do at the house, pool table, etc. Pool and jacuzzi was very nice. House was big enough for my family of 4.

House was cutely decorated; however, the pictures displayed within the listing did not match the majority of the furniture inside. The backyard needed maintenance as there was trash scattered throughout the backyard. House was in a nice, quaint neighborhood and was centrally located to different activities. The host was very responsive to any messages.

Everything at this house was super clean. There was more than enough items included when arriving, kitchenware, towels, trash bags, items for the pool. The host really sets you up to have a relaxing vacation and the communication was a smooth process Everytime we had any questions. This is a great place to stay!

Great Place to Stay

Owner was very quick to respond to any inquiries. The place had a lot of amenities to keep you entertained. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home

We loved the space and especially the outdoor area. The pool table was a hit definitely kept the guys entertained while the girls got ready !

Prom weekend group stay

The house had many ammenities that kept us all entertained the whole time. Communication with the owner was very straightforward and helpful, as well as understanding. Overall was great experience and great owner to contact.

First, I want to say how much I enjoyed this stay. It was only for a short time, but it truly felt magical.After reading some past reviews, I noticed the property owners have clearly made adjustments for safety, like adding extra locks on doors, especially the garage door. Which was really appreciated.I’m giving this stay 5 stars because I genuinely would recommend this property to anyone, and I will 100% be back myself.A note to the owner:Absolutely beautiful home, it honestly belongs in a magazine. It even gave me ideas for things I’d love to do around my own house.My only small recommendation would be to have the cleaning crew do a deeper clean on the dishes. Some of the silverware and plates still had food residue on them. It definitely wasn’t anything that ruined the stay, we simply put everything in the dishwasher with the dishes we used. Perfect Stay

Amazing everything was so clean I had so much fun in the pool and so did my family we played lots of games all of the men in the family played a lot in the pool table and we all sleeved really good I would come back here

My family really enjoyed our stay here! The host was available for any questions we had and for any requests.The house was clean and spacious! Decorated very well! Had all of the amenities we needed to keep us busy. The grass was tall when we got there but she had her workers to come and mow. The primary bathtub had a leak in the shower and was draining slow but during our stay, we saw some parts being delivered for the bathroom, so I assume it is now fixed! Overall, wonderful stay and we will be staying here again!

The check in process was good and communication was good until we reached the property. We got there and went directly to the pool. I was shocked at the condition of the area. The grass was now mostly dirt and some weeds. The outside of the home was very dirty. When we unloaded groceries we noticed the cabinet doors were broken and held together by hair tie. We had to wash all of the dishes before we could use them because there was food left on the cups, bowls, and silverware. We looked closer at the flooring and found planks of vinyl that were not attached to the floor. We really wanted to just make the home work for this trip as it was spring break and there weren’t other options for us to move too. However, by the time we were putting our grandkids to bed we realized the room they were going to sleep in had access directly to the garage without a fire safe door and there was no window in the room. We didn’t feel safe letting small children sleep in that room. In the morning we tried to contact the homeowner. After a few hours we contacted VRBO to get a refund and we would find a new place to stay. We spent the entire day fighting for a refund which we eventually received but it was a mess that no one wants to deal with on vacation. This should only be listed as a 3 bedroom home since the one bedroom has direct access to the garage without a fire safe door, which I believe is not legal.

Was good. Needs some updating

The overall stay here was a success and we had a good time. The communication with Sabrina was excellent as she responded very quickly all the time. The location of everything is a good spot and you are not to close or far from beaches. Here are the pros and cons of the stay.Pros:Communication with Sabrina was excellent. Kitchen and game rooms are really cool and were a hit. The Fire Pit was nice.Kids toys for the pool was great. Hot Tub was nice and clean. Multiple TV's all over the house and rooms. Cons:We ran into some issues and some updates are needed. Bunk bed stairs had a chipped step and was very loose.The dishwasher was partly broken. No railing on the top side and hard to close. (We didn't risk it or use it)One of the cabinet doors would not close. It was weird. One of the fans in back room did not work.Finally some of the pics for outside looked a lot better than it did when we arrived. Overall it was a fun and successful stay.

Not safe for evacuating

I was told that this would be a safe evacuation place high and dry I should've known when I got that address Riverside There was a creek in front of Did flood we had 4 to 5 feet of water in front of the house there are big trees everywhere. It was terrifying. When car washed away and the officer next-door told us it's very common to flood down there All the amenities look fine, but the hot tub was green when we arrived and the entire yard was flooded with green mold Owner did respond at the place that never flooded and this was unusual because it was a hurricane however, the kitchen floor is popping up and there were rocks all around the house for drainage. I think it flooded before The last disappointment was the two car garage. It's not actually a garage at all. It is walled off inside of the bedroom so we have nowhere safe to put the car golf cart that way evacuated with. House is decorated nice and the owner did try to respond and get someone out there but it was a storm so that's didn't happen I just wish she had been honest that there was a creek and no garage. It would've saved a lot of trouble and I definitely wouldn't rented this home for $1000 to evacuate 5 miles from my house.
