We are pleased to supply our guests with a variety of essentials to elevate the comfort and value of our home. The property comes stocked with a generous supply of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, air freshener, daily shower cleaner, designated make up towels), kitchen products (a variety of cleaning supplies, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags), and complimentary locally roasted coffee.

Nestled in a quiet lakeside neighborhood, our sparkling clean condo is the perfect getaway for a small family or a few friends. Our place is beautifully furnished and well stocked to provide all of the comforts that you desire in a home away from home. Enjoy mountain views from the living room balcony while sipping your morning coffee or a happy hour beverage in the afternoon. The central location will allow you to take advantage of plentiful year-round mountain adventures.

In the Winter - Our property is conveniently located within a 15-30 minute drive from seven world-renowned ski resorts including Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts. With easy access to the interstate, our home is the PERFECT hub for spending a day on the slopes of your choosing. Additional winter activities include snow tubing, ice skating, ice fishing, dog sledding, snowmobiling and more- all within 5-25 minutes of the property.

In the Summer/Fall - Within 5-30 minutes of our home, you can access incredible hiking trails for all skill levels from family-friendly strolls to legendary 14ers. The recreational bike path allows you to explore Summit County on two wheels with paved paths around Lake Dillon, to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and more. You can hop on the bike path directly from our parking lot. Take a short walk or bike ride to the shores of Lake Dillon where you can spend a day lounging on the lakeshore or out on the water paddle boarding and kayaking. The Frisco Marina is a great place to rent lake toys or a pontoon boat for the day! If you are visiting in the summer, do not miss a chance to catch some live music at the beautiful Lake Dillon Amphitheater- only a five minute drive from the condo!

Enjoy the convenience of being less than 2 miles from Main Street, Frisco where you will find a variety of amazing local restaurants and shops. Grocery shopping is a breeze as Whole Foods, Walmart and Safeway are less than 1/2 mile from our place.

When you enter the condo, you will step into the bright and spacious living area that boasts comfortable seating for the whole family. Cozy up next to the gas fireplace and enjoy evenings of total rest and relaxation. Just off of the living area is an attached deck, with great mountain views.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook meals for the entire family. Home-cooked meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area that comfortably seats six.

The primary bedroom has one queen size bed, TV, en suite bathroom, and private balcony.

The second bedroom has a king size bed.

There is an additional queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a second full bathroom.

Extra perks include one private garage parking space (makes great storage for summer and winter toys- skis, snowboards, bikes, etc.) full size washer and dryer, a variety of board games, and more.
