Located in prime Ambleside by the Sea, it is just a short walk to the glorious Ambleside Seawalk, 5 minutes to Park Royal Shopping Centre, movie theater, and world class restaurants . Close to Lions Gate Bridge, Stanley Park, Downtown Vancouver and Highway #1. Many parks, picnic areas, playgrounds and swimming beaches nearby. Close to the West Vancouver Community Centre with its fabulous pool area and fitness facilities.

It is a gorgeous 3 bedroom house with panoramic ocean and mountain views, brand new appliances (fridge/freezer, stove/oven, hood fan, dishwasher), brand new flooring and new paint located in Ambleside by the Sea.

This listing includes the main level and upper level of the building.

- Main level: One bedroom, full bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen (brand new floor and paint).
- Upper level: Two bedrooms (brand new floor and paint) and a full bathroom

The lower level of the building is not included in the listing. It is private with a separate entrance. Also, the storage rooms, patio, deck and backyard are not included.

The house is not set up for young children. High chair, pack n play, baby gates, toys and games are not available.

It is a gorgeous 3 bedroom house with panoramic ocean and mountain views, brand new appliances, brand new flooring and new paint located in Ambleside by the Sea.
The beautiful mountains are 5 minutes up the hill above the upper level highway. You can walk, bike or drive quickly. This is a prestigious upscale family-friendly neighborhood and is surrounded by stunning beauty. Real estate is at a premium here because of the accessibility to all this nature and world class everything, it is a wonderful location to stay in.
Once it cools down, swim or exercise at West Van Community Center or visit West Van Library. Golf at Ambleside Park or the full course at Northlands.
Hike and ski the North Shore mountains at Grouse, Seymour, and Cypress... or it's a short hour and a quarter drive to Whistler.
This is the perfect destination for ski visitors with 4 mountains within driving distance - 3 within 30 minutes! Nearby winter activities and destinations include:

Whistler: An easy day trip, just one hour fifteen minutes away. A must do winter destination for all winter activities and the Village is a great place to wander and experience.

Cypress Mountain: is a quick and easy 15 minute car ride to the west. Downhill skiing, cross country, snowboarding, snowshoeing and tobogganing- day and night.

Grouse Mountain: 10 minutes to the east. Downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing- day and night. The Crow's Nest Chalet is worth a visit even if you aren't a skier, with great restaurants and attractions.

Seymour Mountain: 30 minutes to the east. Downhill skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing.

Also, lots of attractions for the non-skiers such as walking and hiking trails and nearby destinations and day trips.
Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal is a 15 minute car ride.

Park Royal Mall, Ambleside Beach, Seawall, and Marine Park are only 10 minutes away on foot.

Cypress mountain and Grouse Mountain are 20 minutes drive. Great for skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer!
