Immaculately clean and bright 3BR apartment suite in a house, a true craftsman's home in a quiet, beautiful and superb neighbourhood in West Kitsilano. A strictly NO SMOKING 🚭 property and vicinity.
Literally few steps from bus stop on 4th Avenue, just minutes to Downtown, Falsecreek area, UBC, Granville Island and within walking distance to beautiful beaches: Locarno, Spanish Banks, Jericho and within close proximity to Community centres to access swimming pool and gym. My home is well kept, clean with attention to detail and a stunning Dahlia garden for guests to enjoy during the summer and fall seasons. Guests will have easy access to trail running, cycling, beach walks and simply enjoying the neighbouring parks in Jericho and Kitsilano with a full view of the water beautiful Northshore mountains. Our sought after location is safe, with beautiful stately homes neighbourhood, central and convenient. A must!

This is a lovely home in a perfect location. Miriam is a wonderful hostess. If you need three bedrooms and two baths, this is it.

We enjoyed our stay and Miriam was a lovely, responsive onsite host. The home is 3 stories (owner utilizing the 3rd floor) and the 3 bedrooms you rent are a suite (basement level and entry level). The neighborhood is charming and the entry garden is beautiful. There is no spa or pool onsite(as listed). There is a fun public pool (5 min drive) but you pay a fee to use. The home is clean and includes all essentials (no grill). There is a washer/dryer but found it already in use (by owner) several times when we went to do laundry over the course of our stay. The living area was cozy and we found the location to be convenient to the beach, restaurants etc.

For guest future information: Spa or pool is a public pool to walk to 10-15 mins from the house, this should be noted as being walking distance from the house, to use the grill, all you have to do is ask and you can BBQ in our grill on 3rd floor, this is in consideration of Vegetarian neighbours not being exposed to BBQ smoke.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect for our needs. Mirriam was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. The house is in a great Kitsalano location - close to beaches, shopping , parks etc.

Mirriam was a lovely host and very responsive. The property was very clean and well equipped. The neighbourhood is very walkable and safe, lots of great shopping nearby. Great proximity for those visiting UBC. I had no problems parking on the street in front of the house during our stay.

Marriam's home is gorgeous and very comfortable. It was a wonderful home away from home. Our host Mirriam was so attentive and helpful, the house was in a great location with a wonderful grocery store and coffee shop within walking distance.

Miriam was very helpful, uncomplicated and friendly with our special needs. We were welcomed with very nice flowers.Perfect location for shops, restaurants and buses on 4th Ave. Quiet neighbourhood. Ideal starting point for running along the shore line.

We LOVED staying at Mirriam's house--it was just as described: beautiful, cozy and very clean. Mirriam welcomed our family of 5 with cheerful warmth, even found a storage spot for all our bikes, we couldn't have asked for a nicer host. The house is in a fantastic location a block from shops and restaurants on 4th, beach within short walking distance, even a park/playground nearby. Also close to the seawall biking/walking path. Easy to get almost everywhere in the city. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very well equipped and stocked property in a delightful neighbourhood with excellent transport links. The beds were really comfortable, the garden was beautiful and our hosts were so helpful and friendly. We had a lovely stay.

Mirriam was a wonderful host; fresh flowers and fruit awaited us when we arrived. The suite was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is lovely. Restaurants and shops are just a few blocks away.

It was a great place to host Thanksgiving dinner for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was in good condition.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It's beautiful and in a great location. The host was very responsive and even baked cookies for my son! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.
