We have had a great long weekend here in New Smyrna. The condo was excellent just as described and we plan on making the return trip next year!

Our stay was fantastic. The location was great with a fabulous pool and very easy access to the beach. The rental was well equipped and appointed. Sharon was extremely communicative and helpful from booking through departure. Would highly recommend and plan to visit again.

What a wonderful place! Location was great, lots of things to do. Sharon is a wonderful host. We felt at home, everything you needed, she had there. We will be back!

Perfect condo for me and husband

Our host thought of everything and more to make it a memorable and easy vacation. I’ve never stayed in a place that had so many essentials. We brought essentials but didn’t really need to. Would love to stay there again some day.

Great experience!

We had such a great time visiting here for a few days in June. Sharon has a great condo and has taken the time to furnish it with everything you will need. She was highly communicative and helpful before and during our stay. We will definitely be coming back in the future. If you can book this unit we highly recommend it. Thanks Sharon for a great trip!

This beautifully decorated condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony over looks the pool and the ocean. Our hostess, Sharon communicated well and anticipated our every need. The only thing we had to bring was our clothing and some food. Plenty of extra linens with comfy beds! Thank you, Sharon! We will be back!

Sonja's group were great guests. They were a pleasure to host and I highly recommend them to other hosts. They followed all the house rules and took very well care of our condo.
