Beautiful place, really large TV’s. Breathtaking view of the ocean. Very quiet and not very busy. Lots of great places to eat. Would stay again

This is quickly becoming our “go to” place when we need a quick trip to the beach. The location is perfect - imagine waking up, brewing your coffee, and watching the sunrise from the comfort of the couch or balcony. The bed was comfortable, the spaces were clean and the pool was refreshing.

We had a great stay! The beach view and access was amazing. It was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy walking the beach. We couldn’t have had a nicer place to stay. We loved making breakfast in the morning and were able to watch the waves roll in. Perfect view! Definitely would recommend staying here. We will definitely look at staying here again.

Absolutely perfect!

The condo was clean , modern, and equipped. The view of the beach was amazing. I would say - the best unit on the property as far as the closeness and view to the beach. Great communication with condo manager. Perfect stay!!

Vacation 2024

It was very clean and quiet. Looked just the way it was shown in pictures. Would definitely rent again from them and referr them to friends and family.

Excellent small unit

Prime location! Would stay there again - clean and easy access. Only issues were no toilet paper, light out on the balcony, bedroom TV not working…small annoyances but should be non-existent for the price!

Colony condo

Everything was fine. Very clean. There was however a musty mold smell in the bedroom. The agent brought over an airPurifier but it still remained. The fact that I had to lug garbage to the end of the complex was unfortunate since I am an older adult.

Short June Beach Getaway

My wife and I stayed at this property in June 2022 and really enjoyed our trip. The location is SUPREME with a direct view of the beach/ocean. We found the condo to fit our needs perfectly and was clean and well stocked. Communication with the property manager company went smooth and they were responsive to our inquiries. The only 2 minor items that came up included a) finding several Palmetto Bugs in our condo (including the bathroom) and b) occasional problems with the television cable service dropping out. We would definitely return to this property based on the easy beach access and comfortable feeling of the condo itself. And did we mention the gorgeous sunrises?

ok- Needs a few fixes - Coffee maker broken - refrigerator door broken - not as many items supplied as other places we have stayed.
