I highly recommend this location. Extremely peaceful and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The balcony view is the best part.

Great location. Great view. Nice pool area. Super clean complex. Minimum steps to be on the beach. Very comfortable bed in master. Great air conditioning. Well stocked. Has all your beach needs with chairs umbrellas and more.

The property was great! Very clean, and super easy access to the beautiful beach. It's also just a short drive from the Canaveral Seashore and several great restaurants. The host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed at this VRBO rental for the past three years and have never been disappointed. The home is always clean, the location is fantastic, and the view is incredible. The host is very responsive, which makes the entire stay smooth and stress-free. We’ll definitely be back again in 2027.

We have had the pleasure of staying at this property a few times and have not been disappointed. Wonderful location on the water, clean, well equipped, well maintained and a location from which you can observe space launches. New Smyrna Beach is a fun place with some of the "old Florida" beach town vibes and a variety of restaurants. Don't think you will be disappointed by staying here!!

Amazing Stay

Had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable and clean condo. The views were breathtaking and the beach was quiet. Can’t say enough about our stay. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic location at NSB

The property was fantastic and the location was superb! We spent everyday enjoying the waves, the view and all that the area offered. We are already planning our next trip there! We highly recommend visiting and staying here!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I spent Thanksgiving here and had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and well appointed and had everything you would need for a beach stay! Lisa was an amazing host and very responsive to messages and super accommodating! We will stay here again! Thanks for a great long weekend!
