4 bedroom home with private pool. Close walk to beach and beautiful marsh views.

Large home perfect for an extended family or for 2 families! Only a 2 minute walk to private beach access. Featuring a front and back porch to relax on after a day on the beach and watch the sun set over the marsh. We have a private pool for you to enjoy, along with an outdoor closet full of beach chairs, pool toys, puddle jumpers, sand toys and a beach cart. Four spacious bedrooms for everyone to spread out. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms featuring a king bed and private bath in each. The second floor is great for kids, with one room featuring 2 double beds and the other with bunk beds and an additional twin bed. Full modern kitchen, living, and dining areas on the first floor with an outdoor grill/picnic table are provided for your use. There is a first floor laundry as well. A pack and play, toddler mattress, and a high chair are provided for the little ones. We have stocked the home with puzzles, games, books and toys for all ages in case of rainy weather! Pool can be heated for an additional fee. Please contact me to discuss!

Cleanest beach home rental I have ever stayed in!

Everything about this home is perfect. It's clean, well stocked with every single thing you need, good selection of toys and games, our kids loved the pool, beach access is a very easy walk. I came home and told my extended family that this was the best beach rental we have ever booked!

Best trip!

We had the best moms away trip at this gorgeous home! Quick walk to the beach, awesome decks and pool, we literally could not ask for more! The house itself was so comfy and cozy. We all remarked on how clean, cared for, organized, and comfy the beds were! Communication with the host was awesome as well!

This house is PERFECT! Christina is a great host and very personable! She was extremely accommodating for our group and was happy to give us insight about the area when we needed it. We would love to stay at Christina's again in the future!

Wonderful weekend at Holden Beach

The owners had thought of EVERYTHING for our stay from extra beach towels to toys for children of all ages to LOTS of books to choose from to read! One of our favorite things was putting together a 500 piece puzzle provided! The home was exactly as described and pictured. Pool was great and clean! We absolutely recommend This rental and hope to be able to come back soon!

Wonderful Holden Beach House

We had a perfect beach weekend stay at this beautiful house that had gorgeous marsh views yet really close to the beach! The pool was heated and perfect for swimming. After a day on the beach and at the pool we enjoyed the big screen tv and comfortable den area. The beds were really comfortable and the towels and linens were really high quality. The host was so attentive and gracious and communicative! We will definitely come back to this house - as our stay was perfect!!

Family Friendly with a View

The house was clean and very comfortable. The kids loved having their own area upstairs. The heated pool provided a lot of enjoyment. The view of the marsh and intracoastal waterway at the back of the house was beautiful and peaceful. We loved watching the different birds and even saw deer. The owner was friendly and always responded quickly to any questions. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful, Spacious & Family Friendly Home

The home was beautiful and exactly as we expected. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the four days we were there. Extremely roomy with four bedrooms and lots of sleep space in the upstairs bedrooms. It was very family friendly with games, tons of books, and toys for young children. Pool was nice and refreshing. Views were great. Very quick and easy walk to beach access. We loved walking to the end of the road and watching the sunset and looking at boats on the water. Would absolutely stay again!!

Absolutely perfect!

We had the best stay at Holden Beach. While we were there I had a few questions and texted the host. She was so kind, prompt and helpful. This home has everything you need with kids. Beach toys, life jackets and toys galore. We loved the quick walk to the beach and having a private pool was great for us. I would not hesitate to recommend this home and hope we can come back soon! Great location, pristine home and beautiful memories made with my family. Already planning our next trip.

The perfect family vacation

Holden beach has become a beloved place for my family & our extended family that lives in Ohio. This year we stayed at “A Gift From Above” and had the most memorable spring break trip. The heated pool allowed everyone to swim every single day & enjoy the cooler April weather. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials & very comfortable for the 10 of us. The host was extremely responsive to my messages before and during the trip. After many experiences from VRBO and other similar booking sites, you can tell when a host truly cares about your stay. Our host during this trip made sure we had a great experience & cared about our family’s time together. On top of the wonderful experience, I want to note that this host had EVERYTHING for young kids at the house & lots of toys for entertainment. If you’re looking to book a house & have young kids , this is the house to book!

We love Holden because it is quiet and not as touristy as some of the other beaches we have been to. We love the fact that there are no hotels on the island and even in the high season the beach is not crowded.

We know how it is to travel with kids and have tried hard to make our home as kid friendly as we can! There are plenty of toys/books/games, along with pack and play/high chair/toddler mattress to help you feel right at home and cut down on the amount of things you have to bring with you!
