Beautiful Place To Stay!

We loved loved staying at this property. There were only 3 of us which gave us ample room to spread out but the house was so clean and all the supplies well maintained. We loved coming "home" each night and spent extra time just enjoying the rental. The kitchen dishes were well stocked and the bedrooms very open and cozy. I definitely reccomend this as a beautiful place to stay in Chatanooga!

Wonderful long weekend!

We very much enjoyed our long weekend in Chattanooga. The location was ideal and the house was just what we needed. Communication was prompt and accommodating at all times. We really appreciated the readily available pack n play. This house was clean and well decorated. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Clean and modern

We had our family and in-laws staying with us. This place was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Very open, well lit and a nice gated community at the top of a hill. Easy access to every road and location we traveled to from downtown, to East ridge for baseball to going on hikes and sight seeing. Would recommend and stay here again.

What a beautiful, clean and cozy home. We had a small issue and the property management was right on it. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Review

We loved our stay here! The place was very clean and so cute! The only thing was the parking. We were always able to find a spot, but it might have been in the street or you would get blocked in. This did not take away from the weekend! I would 100% stay here again!

Wedding weekend

Very nice, great location to all we were doing. Modern decor. Very responsive to any & all questions. Last minute parking change due to HOA changes. Very quick to notify so we were able to adjust! Suited our needs well!

Convenient and quiet

Access gate, cul de sac street and trees surrounding the units makes this a very peaceful spot on the end of Missionary Ridge high above the bustle of Chatt. The unit we were in, 190, like all of them, it appears, are somewhat new in construction. The porches provide treehouse views off the back and though we didn’t use it, there was a gas grill. AC worked well and all appliances were new. Every area was tidy and clean and provided the necessary basics. TVs were easy to use.

Safety of the property is questionable

Beautiful property, but we had to vacate the property after one night for safety concerns. We discovered what would turn out to be, 4000 Fentanyl pills that were in the kitchen cabinet in plastic bags on top of the dinner plates. The authorities were called, and we were advised to leave. Property owner has stated he will provide a full refund but would not subsidize any costs for the hotel that we needed to book. Three rooms in a hotel for 4 nights.

This is very misleading. The unit was clean and free of all illegal substances prior to your check in and was inspected by members of our team just 30 minutes prior to your arrival. We have complied with VRBO and Expedia’s Health and Safety teams and have been cleared from their investigation. Our property is listed on other rental sites and with over 150+ rentals we have a 4.96 of 5 star rental rating with “safe and clean” being ranked as some of our top attributes. We are in a gated area of Chattanooga and have never had any problems with rentals before this incident. Even though we believe the drugs were brought onto the property by someone in your large party (plus the 4 additional guests who visited our home late that evening), we still gave you a full refund which we found more than fair. Per checking out, members of your party used the ring doorbell to speak profanity towards us and used obscene gestures at the camera. **For anyone reading this review, our cleaning team has thoroughly cleaned and searched the property multiple times since this incident. The Chattanooga Police Department also did a sweep of the property to make sure there were no illegal substances on site to ensure that it was safe for future guests. Since then, we have had several rentals after this occurrence with 5 star reviews only. Guests have specifically pointed out how safe and quiet this particular home felt. We also have 3 other properties in this community with zero instances remotely like this. Please have peace of mind knowing we will ensure you have a 5 star experience like the majority of our guests.
