The property was right on Seneca Lake with easy access to Geneva, multiple wineries, and breweries. The owner was communicative and the house had everything you could possibly imagine. The back deck was perfect for the gorgeous sunrises. We couldn't be happier with our stay.

This house was clean and exactly what we expected! Our host, Laura, was great with communication prior to the vacation. The check in and check out process was easy! Our only regret was that we didn’t book for the entire week!! Looking forward to coming back to stay!

Laura’s place was perfect for a 4 day weekend with my spouse and our good friends. Her lake home was welcoming, clean, and well furnished. The amenities were wonderful and the lake frontage with dock was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for enjoying the lake. I highly recommend staying here as Laura was so easy to communicate and truly cares that her guests have a great stay.

We are always glad to return to this great spot on Seneca Lake! The place is so well maintained, and the kitchen so well stocked, it makes everything so easy! Laura is very responsive before and during our stay. Fun to have several days when weather made for good kayaking and swimming!

As return visitors, we are never disappointed. The location and view are therapeutic. The kitchen is very well equipped. Laura is very responsive. We’ll be back!!

Good rental, location, cleanliness, place was well-stocked. The only thing I would note is that the deck and stairs to the lake level were in need of repair. No other problems.

We had a fantastic vacation at Laura's home on Seneca Lake. The house is just as described in the listing and portrayed in the pictures. The house is very well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a stay at the lake including towels, sheets, toilet paper and assorted kitchen items. Our family really enjoyed having the three kayaks available to use and we loved hanging on the dock. The lake-level shed is outfitted with extra chairs and canopy which came in handy while hanging by the lake. Laura's house is very clean and well-cared for. It didn't feel like staying in a rental but rather someone's home. She was extremely responsive with the few questions we had. This was out first time in the Finger Lakes and the view every day of the lake was amazing. We would definitely stay in this property again.

This is a great stay, with great lakefront views, an incredibly well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living space inside and out. Laura leaves great recommendations for restaurants, wineries, hikes and such. Geneva is a great little town. We love it and will be back!

Clean, thoughtfully equipped property. Especially enjoyed the availability of kayaks and canoes and the fire pit. We watched the sunrise and the moonrise from the dock. Host was responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Girls' Weekend

Four of us had the pleasure of staying here over this past weekend and we had a great time! The house was so cute and incredibly clean. We loved the dock and spent our mornings having coffee there. Great location! Couldnt recommend this listing more!!
